In addition, at that time, the overall social environment in Qingdao was relatively stable, the climate was pleasant, and it was suitable for recuperation, so Yu Shan left Shanghai and went to Qingdao after her condition improved.
However, what Yu Shan did not expect was that her arrival actually caused an uproar at the school. Many literary talents, including many married professors, are jealous of her and ugly. This was not her intention, but it was not something she could influence.
Shen Congwen, who came to Qingdao University at the same time as Yu Shan, also used this storm as the basis for the story and created the satirical novel "Eight Juntu". Although there is no direct evidence of the eight professors mentioned in the novel to indicate who they are, many of them point to Liang Shiqiu, Wen Yiduo, Zhao Taiyou and others.

In December 1933, Yu Shan resolutely entered the palace of marriage with Zhao Taiyou, who was 19 years older than herself.

After marriage, Yu Shan and Zhao Tai had two daughters. Unfortunately, the marriage between the two did not come to an end. After the victory of the Anti-Japanese War, Yu Shan divorced Zhao Taiyou.
Some people therefore concluded that Yu Shan had no love for Zhao Taiyou, and that she had married Zhao Taiyou only to repay Zhao Taiyou's kindness in saving her brother. Marriage without love cannot go to the end, so Yu Shan finally strongly demanded divorce.
However, Liang Shiqiu, Zhao Tai's former love enemy, recalled Yu and Zhao's marriage in his later years, saying: "Some lovers have finally become dependents, although the results are not very satisfactory."

After the divorce, Yu Shan gradually faded out of the public's vision, and there was less and less news about her, until finally, people did not even know the time of her death, the cause of death, and the final destination.
