According to the national standard, the test vehicle is required to collide head-on with a 100% overlap rate of 50km/h with rigid fixed obstacle avoidance. Our experiment uses free fall to match the requirements of the national standard, and the height of the first experiment is 10m, and the speed of the small ant body free fall to the ground is 50.4km/h, which has exceeded the requirements of the national standard.

"Immersion Power Battery Experiment"

The last experiment was to verify the sealing of the battery, in order to more intuitively see the sealing performance of the power battery in the water, we put several goldfish into the pool together.

According to the national standard, the test object in accordance with the manufacturer's installation state is all immersed in water, for the height of less than 850mm of the test object, its lowest point should be lower than the water surface 1000mm, for the height is equal to or greater than 850mm of the object, its highest point should be lower than the water surface of 150mm, the entire test duration of 30min, the water temperature and the temperature difference between the test object is not more than 5 degrees Celsius. Our test this time, under the premise of meeting the requirements of the national standard test, extended the soaking time to 2 hours and tested at 1.5 meters underwater.

After 2 hours, the goldfish remained normally viable, confirming that there was no leakage of electricity or water ingress. In order to verify that the battery is properly energized, we also use professional test equipment.
