The so-called real gold is not afraid of fire refining, so how is Tianlai in terms of quiet comfort? The reason is very simple, if the sub-low-end models are excellent, then the medium-high-end models will naturally be better.
The highest scores are obtained in all tests
In the test link, there are two professional technical points, namely the single point noise reduction coefficient of sound insulation and the single point sensitivity of the noise transfer function. The former, when the coefficient is greater than or equal to 3000, it represents the highest grade A, specifically, the driver's outer ear measurement point coefficient is 3090, and the co-driver's external ear measurement point coefficient is 3094, which is higher than the highest evaluation standard. You know, the main and passenger seats in the cabin are the most susceptible to noise interference, whether it is wind noise or engine noise. And Tianlai can do the best in the main and co-drivers, it is conceivable that the quietness of the rear row will only be better.
For the latter test, it is mainly for some special positions in the body, such as the engine compartment, and the exhaust pipe, which are the main sources of noise on the body. Commendably, Tianlai once again got a high score. According to the rules, when the coefficient is lower than or equal to 3100, it represents the A level, which is the highest level. The engine compartment of Tianlai has a score of 3061 and an exhaust pipe position of 3094, which is believed to be very intuitive.
It should be noted that in these tests, the vehicle did not turn on the ANC active noise reduction system, ATR active torque tie rod system and other functions. That is to say, if these active noise reduction functions are turned on, they can also achieve better quiet comfort in Tianlai. Speaking of this, I believe that some people will ask, what is an active noise reduction system? Well, let's talk about some dry goods, how is the natural sound of claiming to have a theater-level quiet space refined?
How is a theater-class quiet space constructed?
Personally, if a car wants to achieve excellent quiet comfort, it must work hard in terms of active and passive. Among them, the design of passive noise suppression is the foundation, specifically, the front windshield and side doors and windows of all models of Tianlai adopt high-strength double-layer soundproof glass, and it is difficult to find the second one at the same level. In addition, in many places on the body, sound insulation materials have also been added, such as the use of double-layer suction sound insulation cotton materials on the top, bottom and front of the vehicle, etc., to increase the damping pad to suppress vibration for sheet metal parts that are prone to vibration. With the blessing of these soundproof materials, the occupants sit in the car and can be isolated from the outside world to the greatest extent.
Of course, passive noise reduction is not enough, but also active noise reduction, which is "double insurance". The ANC active noise control system is the core technology, its principle is to detect the engine and environmental noise in real time through the microphone in the car, and transmit the same frequency reverse sound wave through the speaker, effectively canceling the noise during the vehicle driving.
