General Secretary Xi Jinping said that China's traditional culture has a long history, is broad and profound, accumulates the deepest spiritual pursuit of the Chinese nation, represents the most unique spiritual identity of the Chinese nation, and provides rich nourishment for the endless life, development and growth of the Chinese nation and great rejuvenation.

As a teacher, not only in life, but also in my work, I am deeply nourished, nurtured and cultivated by traditional culture, and I have formed an indissoluble relationship with it.

I came into contact with traditional culture during my study at Qufu Normal School, for almost thirty years, initially reading and memorizing some Tang poems, Song poems, and Yuanqu, and then learning "Three Hundred Thousand" and "Thousand Family Poems". In July 2009, I had the honor to attend the first cross-strait "Reading analects, Teaching Analects" teacher training class held by Nishan Shengyuan College, following experts and scholars on both sides of the strait and deeply studying the Confucian classic "Analects"; Professor Yan Binggang of Shandong University was a teacher and systematically studied the "Four Books and Five Classics". Later, I successively participated in a large number of "Sinology Lectures" and eventually became the host and keynote speaker of the "Surabaya County Sinology Public Lecture Hall".

Learning traditional culture requires tong zi gong, I am a halfway monk, the chassis is unstable, the foundation is not firm, often "slow to learn, forget fast". Mr. Hua Luogeng said that being diligent and able to make up for clumsiness is a good lesson, and one point of hard work is one point of talent. I usually like to exercise, in order to prevent forgetting, I will exercise while reviewing the classics of traditional Chinese studies I have learned: in the morning, I have the habit of running, often running for more than 20 miles, during which I can recite the "University", "Zhongyong", "Filial Piety", "Tao Te Ching", "Li Ji Xueji" and other articles in full; in the morning, between classes, I like to jump rope, I can jump up to 1600 in one breath, at this time I can recite many famous passages in the "Ancient Literature And Guanzhi"; when I walk in the evening, I can also silently recite most of the chapters in the Analects.

The nourishment of traditional culture makes me "angry and forget to eat, happy to forget worries", have passion, patience, can persevere, perseverance!

I am a beneficiary of traditional culture

Traditional culture helps my daughter become an adult and grow into an instrument. Under my influence, when my daughter was a child, she memorized more than five hundred ancient poems, classic ancient texts and Mongolian series, accumulated a lot of knowledge, enhanced memory, improved comprehension, and developed thinking; when she was in junior high school and high school, she had endless potential and inexhaustible motivation, and her academic performance has always been among the best, and she has been admitted to college as she wished. During the university, she relied on the spirit of "self-improvement" nourished by traditional culture and the quality of "prudence and self-discipline", worked hard to study, immersed herself in study, and finally was guaranteed by the school as a graduate student majoring in mathematics at Shandong University because of the best results, the highest credits, and the most awards, and was finally guaranteed by the school as a graduate student of mathematics at Shandong University, and at the same time developed into a member of the Communist Party of China; All 6 members recommend or be admitted to graduate schools of 985 universities. I think that my daughter can successfully enter the university, can recommend graduate students, and can play an exemplary and leading role in the dormitory, thanks to the strong charm and education function of traditional culture!

Traditional culture has promoted harmony and happiness in my family. Deeply influenced by the family style and family training, my grandfather was a retired worker in the county ceramic factory (Zhegou), humble and enthusiastic, liked to read, work seriously, and attached importance to the education of his family. His father is a well-known filial piety, who takes good care of his grandparents and grandparents, takes good care of them, and achieves "early invitations, noon visits, and evening greetings"; he is also a hard-working and capable old scalper, requiring his children to be honest and do things in a down-to-earth manner, and to "lead by example and be strict with themselves". My lover is reasonable, understands the great righteousness, has great respect for her in-laws, fully supports her husband, and educates her children well, which is the standard "good wife and good mother". Under the words and deeds of her ancestors, my daughter is sensible and grateful to the teacher, whether it is during college or graduate school, every night she is happy to contact her family by phone or video chat, tell the stories around her, and report peace to her parents; every holiday, she sends sincere greetings to her family; every birthday, she can send sincere blessings to her relatives.

The cultivation of traditional culture has benefited me a lot, benefited a lot, and will continue to live on from generation to generation! How can you live in such a family without being harmonious and full of joy?

I am a promoter of traditional culture

Culture should be revitalized, and Chinese studies should be brought into the lecture hall;

Benevolence, righteousness, wisdom and faith, my generation should carry forward;

Iron shoulders shoulder great responsibilities, and clever hands wear Huazhang;

When you travel to the avenue, all the flowers bloom!

As early as December 1998, when I founded the Xiaohe Literature Club and the "Xiaohe" newspaper in Zhegou Town, I opened up the "Classic Appreciation" column to let students get close to the classics and appreciate the classics, which has been adhered to until now; in 2007, I specially compiled the school-based textbook "Classic Recitation of Chinese Studies" for the primary school students in the town, so that they could read, memorize, and systematically learn the classics of Traditional Chinese Studies; in 2018, I was hired by the county University for the Elderly as a teacher of liberal arts, systematically teaching "Home Training, Family Style, And Tutoring", from the Western Zhou Dynasty" Zhou Gongzhizi "talked about it, all the way to the modern "Fu Lei Family Book", the purpose is to inherit excellent family training, cultivate excellent family style, and carry out good tutoring; in 2019, I participated in the compilation of "Chinese Excellent Traditional Culture" led by Professor Yan Binggang of Shanda University, and served as the editor-in-chief of the fifth grade book, which has passed the examination and approval of the Shandong Provincial Textbook Approval Committee and has become a local compulsory textbook and promoted and used in the province; now, I am participating in the "Lecture Hall for Leading Cadres on Chinese Studies" series of books edited by Professor Wang Jie of the Central Party School. The compilation of the "History of Honest Government" is mainly responsible for the "family training and family style" part.

I have also been directly involved in volunteering as a rural Confucian lecturer for six years. The town of Zhegou is my main position in carrying out this work. Every Saturday and Sunday, I go deep into every village in Zhegou to promote the culture of filial piety, carry forward the essence of traditional Chinese studies, and practice the "five constants" morality; in recent years, I have supported the Surabaya Yucai School and the Nishan Confucius Boya School, the school has been working for ten consecutive days and resting for four days, and I have made full use of these four days to enter the village, often one village in the morning, one village in the afternoon, the second or third days of continuous rotation, and finally leave myself a day or half a day to dominate, accompany my family, and do housework.

I think that volunteer work is to accumulate virtue and do good; to carry forward excellent traditional culture is to practice the core values of socialism; and to carry out rural Confucianism work can help rural revitalization. I agree with the words of my mentor, Professor Yan Binggang, that "rural Confucian volunteers are a group of people who bring their own dry food to work for Confucius." Therefore, whether in the suburbs or villages, whether in the local areas or in other places, to carry out the activities of inheriting sinology and to create a hometown of Confucian filial piety, I have adhered to the belief that "the revival of sinology is imperative", carried forward a spirit of "learning without tiring, teaching people tirelessly", adhering to the principle of "no remuneration, no dishonoring of the mission", doing a solid job in popularizing and promoting Confucianism, so that "the old Wang XieTang Qianyan" can "fly into the homes of ordinary people".

I have my own experience on how to carry out the work of rural Confucianism well:

Cool patriotic learning, devoted;

Caring for the villagers and being close to the countryside;

Design courses with rich content;

The lectures are vivid and simple;

Speaking, reading and singing, flexible and free;

Diverse and varied;

Snow falls without a trace, whispering moisturizer;

Subtle, change the vulgarity!

The cultivation of traditional culture makes me brave and good at acting, and I will not forget my original intention and forge ahead! I firmly believe that as long as there is the belief that "I am born to be useful", the perseverance of "holding fast to the green mountains and not relaxing", the perseverance of "blowing out the wild sand and starting to gold", and the courage of "Xiongguan Mandao is really like iron", our rural Confucian work will certainly be able to form a situation of "thousands of purples and thousands of reds are always spring"!

In short, I am a lover, beneficiary and promoter of traditional culture, and I have formed an indissoluble relationship with traditional culture.
