In this regard, some netizens said that they were "used to it", and Xi'an is two cities: the above ground is called "Xi'an", and the underground is called "Chang'an".

Xi'an, known as Chang'an in ancient times. Historically, thirteen feudal dynasties such as Zhou, Qin, Han, Sui and Tang built their capital here, so they have rich above-ground and underground cultural relics, forming a unique historical and cultural style of Shaanxi.

The "Jiangcun Tomb", one of the "Top 10 New Archaeological Discoveries in China in 2021" list, is in Xi'an.

If you give archaeology a separate hot search list, then the "Gangchon Tomb" is definitely the top of the mausoleum world. It is located at the western end of Bailuyuan in the eastern suburbs of Xi'an, and thanks to the popularity of the TV series "White Deer Plain", this place name has its own exposure.

Coupled with the fact that the "Jiangcun Tomb" was previously identified as the overlord mausoleum of Liu Heng, the Emperor of the Han Dynasty, a big move of "rewriting the textbook" level was completed.

The tombs of Emperor Wen of Han, like the tombs of Cao Cao and Genghis Khan, all have their own topics. He built himself a particularly "shabby" mausoleum, everything from Jane, built with clay, gold, silver, copper and tin and other metal carvings are not required. (According to the "Chronicle of History", "the tombs are all made of clay, and must not be decorated with gold, silver, copper and tin, and do not rule the graves, but want to be a province, and do not bother the people.") )

Even "because the mountains are mausoleums", there is no sealing soil.

This operation confused future generations. The famous "tourist master" Li Daoyuan's "Notes on the Water Classic" once made it clear that the tomb of the Han Emperor was on the White Deer Plain, but the specific location... The shoes on his feet were broken and he couldn't find them.

Later, the Yuan Dynasty scholar Luo Tianjun recorded in his compilation of the "Chronicle of Chang'an", "Emperor Wen's tomb was under the mouth of the northern phoenix of Bailuyuan, forty miles east of jingzhao tonghuamen". Because the shape of the Phoenix Mouth Pyramid is very similar to the sealing soil of other imperial tombs, for a long time after that, experts and scholars have believed that the Baling Tomb is in the Phoenix Mouth.

This conclusion was not rewritten until the appearance of the "Gangchon Tomb".

After archaeological excavation and exploration of the "Jiangcun Tomb" system, it was finally determined that the "Jiangcun Tomb" is the tomb of Emperor Wen of Han! (Phoenix Mouth: My Imperial Treatment Experience Card expired? )

This discovery put an end to the thousand-year-old erroneous perception of the Western Han Emperor's Mausoleum, and completely solved the problem of the name of the Western Han Emperor's Mausoleum.

A large number of precious cultural relics unearthed among them also reflect the construction concept of "mausoleum Ruoduyi" and imperial tomb "imitating the Western Han Empire in reality", confirming the exchange, collision and integration of multi-ethnic cultures, and witnessing the historical development trend of Chinese civilization from "pluralism" to "integration".
