Huawei mini super fast charge out of the box
The packaging box is still full of style, and the front is printed with the brand logo, product name and appearance map.
The back is printed with charger selling points as well as parameters.
There is a product anti-counterfeiting code on the left side of the bottom, which can be scanned to verify whether you are buying a genuine product or a fake, and you can see the color, model and other information of the product on the sticker.
The charger adopts the mainstream small square shape design, PC material white shell, waist height bright surface treatment, the transition between the sides is rounded, the upper and lower ends are cut surface design, and the edge transition is obvious.
The front of the fuselage is printed with the words 25W and HUAWEI SuperCharge.

Huawei mini super fast charge disassembly
After having a basic understanding of the appearance, size, size, performance, etc. of Huawei's mini 25W charger, we will continue to disassemble it below to see how the product is made of materials.
Removing the charger back cover along the seam of the housing on the output side allows the internal PCBA module to be removed directly.
The inside of the rear lid is printed with the date of manufacture.
Inside the housing is shrapnel attached to the pins, and the other end is crimped to the motherboard to power up. Inside the housing, there are PCB fixing slots and stiffeners.
The inside of the charger is soldered using a combination of two PCBs, and the primary side electrolytic capacitor is insulated with a plastic bracket.
The transformer comes from BYD.
Connect the pins of two small plates.
The secondary filter capacitor is inserted inside the bracket, and the insulation bracket is fixed with the transformer.
The following is to desolder the welding of the bracket and the small plate for detailed disassembly.
The two small plates are connected by a transformer and pins.
Soldering splits the two small plates, and the A board is marked in the upper right corner of the board, which is the primary side, and the components such as NTC surge suppression resistors, fuses and electrolytic capacitors are welded on it.
On the back of the board is a rectifier bridge and a primary master chip, in which the primary chip has an integrated switch tube inside.
The input delay fuse comes from Dongguan Beite Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., discharge number 936 2.5A 250V, with slow fuse characteristics, can withstand the charging current of the electrolytic capacitor when the charger is plugged in without fusing, specification 2.5A 250V.
The green NTC thermistor at the input suppresses the inrush current when the charger is plugged in and reduces the spark when plugged in.
The rectifier bridge type is RBS210, with a forward current of 2A and a withstand voltage of 1000V.
The two filter capacitors at the input are from AiSHi Aihua, the HS series is 115°C heat-resistant, and the specification is 400V 12μF.

The filter capacitor that powers the main control chip, from AiSHi Aihua, has a withstand voltage of 63V 4.7μF.
Switching power supply main control chip silk screen printing EGM, the actual model is SY50238, from Silicon Jie. This is a primary controller and switch tube 2-in-1, built-in 650V 1.2Ω switch tube, supporting CCM and QR quasi-resonant modes, reducing transformer size and improving efficiency. Support overtemperature protection and overpower protection and other perfect protection functions. The synchronous rectifier chip with it is SY52341, and the charging head network has introduced this switching power supply sleeve.
The transformer is fixed to the plastic bracket, and the position of the secondary filter capacitor is also opened on the plastic bracket, and a bracket achieves complete insulation and isolation of the primary stage.

The CHIP Y capacitor comes from Sichuan Terry Xiang Technology Co., Ltd., which has the characteristics of small size and light weight, which is very suitable for high-density power products such as gallium nitride fast charging. Two Trish xiang chip Y capacitors are used in series, the part number is THY1221K.
The charging head network learned that in addition to being used by dozens of fast charging products of Brands such as Belkin, Anker, QCY, Shengli, Maddo, OPPO, Lenovo, Nubia, Beth, Hailutong, First Guard, etc., in addition to being used by Igor 40W LED drive power supply, Changhong 42-inch intelligent network TV 42P3F built-in power supply, Zhuo Feihang 45W Gallium nitride ultra-fast wall charging and other products, the performance has been unanimously recognized by customers.
In the center of the front is the protocol chip and the output VBUS switch tube, and on the right is the synchronous rectifier chip and filter capacitor.
Silicon Jay SY52341 is a high-performance synchronous rectifier chip with integrated synchronous rectifier tube and synchronous rectifier controller, which supports CCM/DCM/QR multi-mode. Built-in 60V withstand voltage, 9mΩ synchronous rectifier tube, support 500KHz operating frequency. Suitable for switching power supply, USB PD application, auxiliary power supply and other applications. The Silicon Jay SY52341 is available in an SO8 package that supports both high-side and low-side applications, with only one capacitor requiring peripheral components to power the chip.
The output filtered solid capacitor is specified at 680μF 16V.
