It is reported that the "e" in e:NP means energy (power) and electric (electric energy); "N" is New (new) and Next (evolution); "P" is Prime (pole).
In terms of factories, the new energy exclusive factory will be completed and put into operation in 2024, fully applying 5G technology, introducing a number of advanced intelligent equipment and systems, and the new factory will also innovate "intelligently" at the production end such as parts inventory, assembly site and logistics correspondence. In addition, according to Guangqi Honda, it will bring surprises at the 2022 Beijing Auto Show.
Regarding the launch of the first model, the e:NP1 (Polar Pan 1), the exterior design of the vehicle was completed by the Chinese design team, and the Chinese research and development team also played an important role in the development of the vehicle, and said that the car will be equipped with active sound wave, DMC driver state perception system and other technologies.
In terms of interior, the new car adopts the latest design style, equipped with a 10.25-inch full LCD dashboard + 15.2-inch central control screen, and will be equipped with e:N OS full-stack intelligent control ecosystem to create a more futuristic digital cockpit.
In terms of power, the new car offers two different power versions, namely a low-power motor with a maximum power of 134 kW and a high-power motor with a maximum power of 150 kW, and is equipped with a ternary lithium battery with a capacity of 68.8 kWh, with a maximum cruising range of more than 500 km.
