In terms of powertrain, the new SL plug-in hybrid version of Mercedes-AMG will be equipped with a 4.0T V8 twin-turbo engine + high-power electric motor, with a combined maximum power of 597 kW, a maximum torque of up to 900 N·m, and a transmission system matching a 9-speed automatic transmission. The power parameters of the new car have surpassed the Porsche 911 (3.8T) model. It is reported that the maximum mileage of the new car in pure electric mode is about 20 kilometers.
