She sat on the side of the road crying for a long time, and she fantasized about which direction her mother would suddenly rush out, dry her tears, and then take her hand and lead her home. But after crying for a long time, she looked up and looked around, and no one paid attention to her, let alone her mother. She gritted her teeth and got up to get back on the road. She accidentally fell down in the park, got up to look at it, both knees fell blue, and she wiped her tears again. At that moment, she was more than hoping that her mother could appear in front of her to comfort her and care for her. After that trip home, she didn't speak to her mother for more than ten days.
The most her mother said to her was: You have to be self-reliant, self-respecting, and self-reliant. She resisted in her heart: "But I am still a child."
After hearing that her mother was terminally ill, her heart always hurt one by one, and her mother was always her own mother. After I went abroad, when I came back, it was difficult to say whether I could see my mother alive.
It was getting closer and closer to the day of going abroad, she didn't have a little excitement when she first received the notice, and her heart was getting heavier and heavier. A few days before leaving, she suddenly proposed that she should give up this study abroad and stay with her mother to see a doctor.
Mom had a long conversation with her in the hospital bed, and mom said: Phil, mom knows that you have hated your mother since you were a child, have you always suspected that you are not born to your mother? Sometimes after forcing you to do something, I regret it too. But Daddy is gone, don't cultivate you to be self-reliant early, how will you survive in society in the future. You can't imagine, in fact, when you were a kid, you went to the supermarket to buy things, to the park, and I kept watching you from behind where you couldn't see. Sophie grabbed both of her mother's hands, buried her head deep in her mother's arms, and cried silently: Mom, I'm sorry, I blame you. Mom, I love you.
Mom said: If you love your mother and hurt your mother, cherish this opportunity to study abroad. This is a wish that my mother has been looking forward to for many years. People say that patients can recover quickly if they are in a good mood, do you want to stay and let your mother block your heart, or to fulfill your mother's wishes. We both said well, you go to study well, and your mother will live hard. Mom must wait until the day you come back from studying abroad.
Today, Sophie is in her second year of graduate school at Harvard University in Boston, USA, and she has received a full scholarship with excellent academic performance. She acted decisively and vigorously, and was elected as the president of the student council. She understood that it was all thanks to her mother.
