At 1 month old, I can have a regular schedule because I did 3 things right

How old is your baby starting to sleep at night? What efforts have you made to get your baby to sleep?

Let's listen to the story of Lilac Mother Planet's Bao Ma @ Rice Ball Ma Ma Xiang Xiang Xiang.

Recently, more and more friends ask me how my life with my baby is, and my answer is: very happy, because I have a super angel baby haha~

After all, the rice balls have a regular schedule when they are one month old, and when they first enter the second month of age, they can sleep for about 5 hours, and recently they have almost entered the age of March, and they have slept from 10 o'clock to 6 o'clock in the evening for more than a week.

Of course, the angel baby is also slowly cultivated, so let's share my experience with you, these are also my own hands-on practice.

Cultivate work and rest rules

I have written three regular work schedules before the experience of sharing (interested can go to the homepage of rice balls Kangkang), in summary, it is to try to meet the needs of the baby, and naturally will develop good habits.

Here the time of the rice ball is updated, and the main changes are the bathing and falling asleep time. When she was 1 month old, she was bathed in the afternoon, and now it has become a ceremony to fall asleep at night. In addition, I postponed my bedtime from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. and went to sleep with me so that I didn't have to get up in the early hours of the morning.

Establish bedtime rituals

In addition to taking a shower before going to bed, I will give the rice balls a distinction between activity areas. During the day, it is basically in the living room, and when it is naped, it will be carried into the bedroom, and when it is about to go to bed at night, it will also be carried into the bedroom.

In addition to fully feeding before going to bed, it will also allow her to fully "discharge" and have fun with her. When the time is almost up, she will turn off the bedroom lights and turn on the night lights to create an atmosphere for her to sleep at night. I think this is very important, the baby is aware of this, so the rice ball can distinguish between day and night very early on, and sleep well.

Reduce sleep disturbances

There are many reasons why your baby cries at night, and only by finding a solution to the problem can she get a good night's sleep.

At first, I thought that the rice ball was crying at night because I was hungry, so I started feeding her no matter what three seven twenty-one, but I slowly found out that it was not. Several times she cried because her nose was not clear, because in the summer she had a dry nose. As well as being too hot, uncomfortable diapers, having things in her ears, etc., causing her to sleep badly.

Now before going to bed, I check that her ears are dirty, whether there is a foreign body on the top of her head, and whether her nose is blocked. And, help her change into a thicker and more breathable diaper than during the day (before using the Great King Guangyu, now the weather is cool, using Yunejia Royal).

In addition, don't underestimate the role of the mattress, after all, you have to sleep all night haha. I used a mattress that was Comfort Treasure and didn't have a sheet set. In fact, before the set of bed sheets, but also to add a urine pad, for the rice ball is really too hot, so I removed the sheets. After practicing, I found that the rice ball slept well and was not stuffy.

The last interfering factor is "farting and defecation", so do a good job of exhaust exercises every day to let the baby sleep well. In addition, after the rice ball began to sleep, it did not defecate at night, and only urinated. The doctor said that this was also a manifestation of her growth.

That's my experience, I hope you all have an angel baby.
