In 2021, long-range vehicles, which are at the forefront of the new energy industry, achieved a year-on-year increase in overall sales of 288% through product and business model innovation. Among them, new energy heavy trucks increased by 369.9%; new energy light trucks increased by 460.6%; and zengcheng light trucks increased by 372.0% year-on-year.

In addition, Geely Star Bus, a new energy bus brand under long-distance automobiles, launched a new generation of urban buses positioned in urban trunk bus lines, which was officially launched in March 2021. The product contains pure electric, hydrogen fuel two power forms. In terms of cruising range, the pure electric series can reach up to 355km, and the hydrogen fuel series can last up to 500km, fully meeting the operational needs of urban trunk buses.
In addition to pure electric products, Geely Holding Group has been deeply engaged in methanol fuel vehicles for 16 years from the perspective of energy security, green and low carbon, formed nearly 200 core technology patents, and developed nearly 20 methanol fuel models including passenger cars and commercial vehicles.
