INTEGRA Type R, the name you must be familiar with, it is honda's first red label car, but also many Honda fans in the heart of the performance totem. The size and uniformity of the body clearance is one of the important bases for evaluating the workmanship of a car, after measurement, the average body clearance of the Guangqi Honda model is 3.9mm, compared with the Civic and Xuanyi e-Power, the average clearance is smaller, and it is at the upper middle level in the same class of models. In addition, there is a silent device such as a rubber seal at the end of the front cover of the vehicle, which can further isolate the noise of the engine from running into the car, which is commendable.

Second, the thickness of the paint film

The thickness of the paint film and the uniformity of the paint are another embodiment of the car manufacturer's car manufacturing process. Measured, the average paint film thickness of the Civic is 3.8mil (about 98.78μm), in addition to the difference in the thickness of the paint film at the front and rear fenders, the paint film thickness of Guangqi Honda's body is 4mil (101μm), which also verifies the excellent quality control strength of Guangqi Honda on the one hand. However, the problem of this car is also obvious, that is, the overall thickness of the paint film is thin, and the data of 98.78μm is not eye-catching in the same class.

Third, body materials

For example, in the name of INTEGRA, in the style, it brings together Honda's latest global car-making benchmarks, and many technical indicators closely related to the performance of the vehicle have undergone qualitative changes.
