Ms. Zhang has twice gone to the 4S shop for maintenance, and after repairing it for a period of normal use, the above problems have occurred. The last time, in front of Ms. Zhang, the engineer of the 4S store checked again and sent the fault situation to SAIC Volkswagen in the form of a video. But as of March 14, neither SAIC Volkswagen nor the 4S store had resolved Ms. Zhang's problem.
