The online car market obtained the price information of SAIC Volkswagen's new Weiran from Volkswagen Finance, and the new car launched a total of 5 models, suspected to be priced at 29.02-40.04 million yuan, an increase of 0.06-0.5 million yuan compared with the current model. The new Weiran is based on the Volkswagen MQB EVO platform, the interior adopts the latest design, and the configuration of the whole series has been improved. The new car is currently in the pre-sale stage and will be officially launched on March 13.
The appearance of the new Weiran has not changed, and the new interior design further enhances the sense of technology and luxury. In addition to the entry-level business version of the model, the new car is equipped with a 10.25-inch LCD instrument + 12-inch suspension central control screen as standard, and the moS 3.2 intelligent vehicle connection system, knee airbags, pre-ventilation functions and electronic shifting are upgraded, and the driving assistance and convenience related configurations are mainly added according to different models.
In terms of power, Volkswagen's new Weiran is equipped with a 2.0T engine, and the transmission system is matched with a 7-speed wet dual-clutch transmission. The new car's dynamic performance is comparable to that of the Buick GL8, which is significantly better than the Toyota Syna, but the latter has better fuel economy.
