When I first came into contact with Baby Hao, it was the beginning of November of the solar calendar last year, when she was only three months old, she looked particularly cute, with a small face carved in pink, and her big watery eyes were full of smiles, and she was in a pure innate state.
"Gentle and soft, can you baby care?" This sentence in Lao Tzu's five thousand words instantly came to my mind.
The pure innate state of the baby is really beyond our reach as adults. Every day I see her innocent and cute appearance, in the words of my post-90s father and mother, "It's so healing..."
In particular, I observed that babies always have small fists in their hands, and whether they are sleeping or breastfeeding, or when they are lying on their own in bed, their two small hands are always holding small fists.
"Weak bones and tendons are soft and firm..." Mr. Xiong Chunjin said that the innate state of an infant is to hold the thumb in the fist together with the index finger, middle finger, ring finger and little finger, and the thumb is placed at the root of the ring finger.
It's an instinct, a natural manifestation of an innate state that no one teaches, and the baby itself does. And this way of shaking the fist is called "shaking", which is conducive to stabilizing one's kidney qi and enhancing yang qi, which is also a good state of self-protection.

So when he returns home from work, as soon as he sees the baby's clenched small fist, he will break the baby's fingers, and then pull the thumb apart, artificially changing the baby's grip to the thumb outside the fist.

I observed that every time Dad changed the baby's clenched hands in this way, the baby always looked at Dad blankly. Then, not long after, the child's small hand consciously returned to the state of solidity.
One day, just in time for the baby's father to come back from work, like completing a work task, he came to break the baby's finger and put his thumb outside to shake his fist.
I told the baby's father that this way of shaking the fist of the child is conducive to the healthy growth of the child, stabilizing the kidney qi, calming the soul, collecting the essence, and "holding the one" belongs to a good state of self-protection.

The baby naturally does not like to drink breast milk, do not love to suck, the family had to give the baby to drink milk powder, milk powder drank for more than two months, did not dare to drink water or rice soup, the baby should be a little on fire, gasping for breath when the throat made a 'whirring' sound.
Bao Mom Bao Dad is anxious again, ready to take the baby to the hospital to see a doctor, take medicine to dissolve phlegm. But because the child is too young and the weather is cold, I am considering waiting for the weather to be warmer before going to the doctor.
Just that day, when I was holding the baby, one palm was gently slapping on the back of the baby," while reciting the first chapter of the "Virtue Sutra", "On Virtue" and the forty-fifth chapter of the "Guan Shu".

When my parents came back from work, they heard that there was no "whirring" sound when the baby was panting, and they were very happy, confused, and asked me how I did it.
I wasted no time in telling them about the simple and easy way for babies to recite the classics "Shang shan shui" introduced by Mr. Xiong Chunjin in the "Introduction to the Classics of Sinology and Morality".
Mr. Xiong said that in the innate state of 0-3-year-old infants, parents should seize this opportunity to take the initiative to play and recite the classics of the ancient sages to the infants, which can give full play to the dual effects of "the easiest to supplement the congenital in the congenital" and "the most complete in the congenital education".
Lao Tzu's five thousand words is an encyclopedia full of the energy of goodness, as long as it is played to the baby every day, it can play a very good role in curing the mind and body.
He often listens to the sacred scriptures, and with the help of the holographic transmission of sound waves and language and words, the moral energy and wisdom information of the ancestors are holographically embedded in the heart and brain of the infant.
This is a simple, easy, profitable and harmless way to carry a baby.
Because of the results of a practice that has just happened, Bao Dad and Bao Mom joyfully accepted my suggestion, often playing the recitation audio of Lao Tzu's "De Dao Sutra" to the baby while the baby is sleeping, so that the baby can bathe in moral energy and thrive.
Bao Mom and Dad actually love their children very much, but because they have not learned traditional culture, this piece of cognition is still a bit lacking.
Through these two small things, the post-90s parents have re-recognized the excellent traditional culture of their ancestors and are willing to apply it in the process of healthy growth of their babies, which is really a great gain.
