In 2019, the Xilisi Liangjiang Smart Factory built in accordance with the Industry 4.0 standard was officially put into operation, with stamping, welding, painting, assembly and battery PACK workshops, more than 1,000 robots working together to achieve a high degree of automation, 100% automation of key processes, 24-hour full-time online inspection, effectively reducing labor costs while making manufacturing accuracy and product quality reach a first-class level.

The stamping workshop has advanced technologies and equipment such as dustproof and noise reduction, automatic blue light measurement system, automatic packing, AGV automatic transmission, and one-click mold change. The fully enclosed high-speed synchronous mechanical stamping line can be stamped in just 5 seconds to complete a component. The press shop is equipped with the most advanced blue light detection in the world. The efficiency of blue light detection is 3-5 times that of traditional automobile factory coordinate detection, and the detection accuracy has reached 0.05 mm. Thinner than a single human hair, it achieves an accuracy that cannot be achieved by manual work.

The automation rate of welding workshop has reached 100%. The workshop adopts advanced laser long-distance flight welding technology, compared to the traditional welding process, flight welding by increasing laser energy and adjusting the assembly gap, in the condition of not touching parts, it can achieve rapid welding, the thinnest place can reach 0.08mm. At present, this technology is only used in high-end automobile manufacturing. In addition, all production lines in the workshop use Bosch adaptive welding controllers, which automatically monitor welding materials and environmental changes, and adaptively adjust welding parameters to ensure that each solder joint of the body meets the quality requirements.

The painting workshop uses the same complete set of equipment from Automobile Factories such as Mercedes-Benz and BMW. The factory also adopts the world's advanced spraying process and environmentally friendly water-based coatings to ensure the high quality paint quality of the body. The painting workshop uses a seven-axis spraying robot arm, which is the first automobile production line in the country to use a seven-axis robot arm.
