The production of aito M5 is provided by Jinkang Power University Town Factory and Xilisi Liangjiang Smart Factory, the former of which supports the M5's three-electric system, that is, motors, batteries and electronic controls, and the latter is where the body is manufactured and assembled.

Jinkang Power University Town Factory has its own leading design of high automation, high intelligence, high integration motor, electronic control production line and battery module, PACK production line (of which the battery module and PACK production line are located in Liangjiang Smart Factory), launched the industry-leading three electric products.
Drive motor stator production line using winding and embedding expansion of integrated equipment, the use of online vacuum brazing, vertical high-speed rotating machine, automatic dynamic balancing equipment copper rotor production line, the production process 100% robot workstation automatically completed, rotor reliability greatly improved; electric drive assembly line parts on the line AGV completed, the production process by MES automatic execution and control, quantified pressure, torque, angle, displacement and other information 100% automatic preservation, to ensure the high performance, high efficiency, high reliability of the production line products.
Drive motor controller MCU production line to achieve a high degree of automation, the full use of intelligent connection, intelligent detection, information system management and other technologies, all key stations configuration visual inspection system for real-time monitoring of process parameters, of which the automatic intelligent IGBT module production line is highly integrated with domestic and foreign high-tech equipment, the use of single tube packaging parallel technology, can freely combine power output, fill the domestic technology gap.

Xilis Liangjiang Smart Factory
In 2019, the Xilisi Liangjiang Smart Factory built in accordance with the Industry 4.0 standard was officially put into operation, with stamping, welding, painting, assembly and battery PACK workshops, more than 1,000 robots working together to achieve a high degree of automation, 100% automation of key processes, 24-hour full-time online inspection, effectively reducing labor costs while making manufacturing accuracy and product quality reach a first-class level.
The stamping workshop has advanced technologies and equipment such as dustproof and noise reduction, automatic blue light measurement system, automatic packing, AGV automatic transmission, and one-click mold change. The fully enclosed high-speed synchronous mechanical stamping line can be stamped in just 5 seconds to complete a component. The press shop is equipped with the most advanced blue light detection in the world. The efficiency of blue light detection is 3-5 times that of traditional automobile factory coordinate detection, and the detection accuracy has reached 0.05 mm. Thinner than a single human hair, it achieves an accuracy that cannot be achieved by manual work.
The automation rate of welding workshop has reached 100%. The workshop adopts advanced laser long-distance flight welding technology, compared to the traditional welding process, flight welding by increasing laser energy and adjusting the assembly gap, in the condition of not touching parts, it can achieve rapid welding, the thinnest place can reach 0.08mm. At present, this technology is only used in high-end automobile manufacturing. In addition, all production lines in the workshop use Bosch adaptive welding controllers, which automatically monitor welding materials and environmental changes, and adaptively adjust welding parameters to ensure that each solder joint of the body meets the quality requirements.
The painting workshop uses the same complete set of equipment from Automobile Factories such as Mercedes-Benz and BMW. The factory also adopts the world's advanced spraying process and environmentally friendly water-based coatings to ensure the high quality paint quality of the body. The painting workshop uses a seven-axis spraying robot arm, which is the first automobile production line in the country to use a seven-axis robot arm.
In the assembly workshop, it has a rare domestic assembly online appearance gap surface difference detection robot. The information RFID function can track and determine the real-time location of the dynamic vehicle, automatically complete the relevant detection, and its detection accuracy is as high as ±0.05mm to ensure product quality stability.
A good base for 0-100km/h linear acceleration of 4.4 seconds
