This year's Culture Week continues the theme of the first "Inheritance, Innovation, And Create a Splendid World" in 2020 to create a regional ethnic handicraft exchange platform. During the Cultural Week, a series of activities such as "Clothing quilts under the heavens - opening and closing ceremonies of the 2022 (second) Hainan Splendid World Culture Week", "Splendid World - The First Intangible Cultural Heritage Weaving and Embroidery Printing and Dyeing Technology Exhibition in 2022", "Hainan Free Trade Port Intangible Cultural Heritage Promotion Conference", "Hainan Free Trade Port Intangible Cultural Heritage Development Forum" and "Thousand People's Tapestry" will be held, through performing arts, forums, exhibitions and other forms, combined with Haikou's new landmark buildings, to show the cultural charm of the collision of tradition and fashion.
The opening ceremony will be held on the evening of March 12 at the Haikou Internet celebrity punch card point "Yundong Library", and the closing ceremony is scheduled to be held in the Haikou Convention and Exhibition Workshop on the evening of March 15. At that time, the audience will enjoy two fashion shows of The "New Generation" of Li Jin, and Hainan Li Jin will present a new fashion in the form of swimwear and dresses.
"Splendid World - The First Intangible Cultural Heritage Weaving and Embroidery Printing and Dyeing Technology Exhibition in 2022" will open on the morning of March 12 at the Haikou Convention and Exhibition Workshop. The 24 solar terms will knock on the prelude to the boutique exhibition, and the exhibition will set up four sections of Splendid Love, Splendid Hainan, Splendid Life, and Splendid Fashion, combined with static exhibition, dynamic display, live exhibition, on-site exhibition and other forms, to give the audience visual, auditory, olfactory, tactile and taste sensory experience.
Hainan Lijin has a development history of more than 3,000 years and is known as the "living fossil" of China's textile industry. In 2009, the traditional weaving and embroidery skills of the Li people were included in the first batch of "Intangible Cultural Heritage in Need of Urgent Safeguarding" by UNESCO.
The Splendid Hainan Plate focuses on the representative works of "Traditional Textile, Dyeing, Weaving and Embroidery Techniques of the Li Nationality", as well as the intangible cultural heritage projects that Huang Daobo has had an important impact on the cotton textile industry in the Yangtze River Basin after 40 years of learning art transmission in Yazhou, Hainan Province, and improving textile tools. At the same time, the inheritors of Li Jin's skills will display the brocade on the spot. The exhibition explores the "exhibition + night tour" model, and the closing time is extended to 9 pm every day.
