■ What's broken?

Among the 26,047 vehicles in this recall, the heat pump electronic expansion valve will produce slight movement when positioning, and the software (version 2021.44 to 2021.44.30.6) has no corrective function, and long-term use may cause the valve to be partially opened, and the heat pump compressor will stop working, resulting in the failure of the heating function in the car.

Especially when the temperature outside the car is lower than -10 °C, this part of the vehicle cannot achieve the defrost effect stipulated by the relevant national laws and regulations when the windshield defrosting system is running (nor can it meet the normal car needs of the owner...). ), which adversely affects the driver's field of vision, increasing the risk of collision.
