Residential heating solutions

Under the background of the "dual carbon" goal, household heating in cold areas of the mainland has changed from traditional coal-fired gas to clean energy heating. At the same time, with the improvement of the quality of life, people have higher requirements for the comfort of the interior of the house. Not only air conditioning is required, but also underfloor heating is required, which can meet the needs of cool in summer and warm in winter. Midea Building Technology upgraded the household heating solution, and the three new household air source heating heat pumps "Snow Flame", "Warm Home III" and "Arctic HT" exhibited on site escorted the cooling and heating comfort of thousands of households.

Midea Snow Flame series air source heating heat pump focuses on expanding the low-temperature heating capacity. Using jet enthalpy increasing compressor, the unit can heat stably in the environment of -35°C, and the heating capacity of -20°C will not be attenuated. Based on the design of small flow and large temperature difference, the maximum outlet temperature of the unit can reach 70°C. The whole machine adopts a double wind wheel structure, which increases the heat exchange area on the air side, so that the ability of the unit can be attenuated less under extreme working conditions. The compressor, fan, and built-in water pump are all designed with frequency conversion, and the unit is first-class energy efficient under four working conditions. The single unit capacity range is 14-20kW, which can meet the heating needs of various cold areas in the north.

Midea's newly upgraded Home Warming III generation air source heating heat pump is equipped with a full DC inverter compressor, and the cooling and heating are all first-class energy efficiency. The minimum operating temperature of the whole machine is -26°C, and the maximum outlet temperature is 60°C. The structure of the single wind turbine is more compact, and the height of the whole machine is not more than 1.2 meters, which is convenient for installation. The built-in water pump can not only save the installation space, but also reduce the impact of the pump noise. The capacity of a single machine is 6-18kW, and in non-cold areas such as East China, one machine can meet the cold and hot needs of most commercial houses.

Midea's Arctic HT series is an air source heating heat pump specially developed for domestic villa/high-end real estate scenes, equipped with a full DC inverter compressor, triple heating pump unit design, one machine can meet the needs of refrigeration, heating and domestic hot water, with a single machine capacity of 12-16kW, the lowest heating operating ring temperature of -30 °C, and the highest outlet temperature of 75 °C, which can cover the needs of most areas in China. The unit adopts R290 environmentally friendly refrigerant, and multiple noise reduction technology makes the operating noise as low as 43 decibels. In terms of control mode, the unit is equipped with a full LCD line controller as standard, with a built-in WIFI module, which can be remotely controlled by the Mercure APP mobile phone. In particular, the unit can also be equipped with peak-to-valley power control, that is, heat storage or energy storage according to the peak-to-valley electricity price (energy storage needs to be matched with batteries), so as to reduce operating costs.

For heating scenarios such as central heating in communities/villages, Midea Building Technology creates a one-stop energy-saving heating experience for users with efficient and stable heating equipment.

Midea Blaze R32 full DC inverter air-cooled large scroll heat pump unit has the performance advantages of inverter large capacity, high efficiency and energy saving, low-carbon and environmental protection, wide-area operation, stability and reliability, and is widely used in various construction scenarios such as urban and rural central heating, star-rated hotels, guesthouses, hospitals, office buildings and so on. The unit adopts inverter jet enthalpy increasing compressor technology, with a maximum heating capacity of 460kW for a single unit, which can save 10% of the floor space compared with the current mainstream heat pump module machine on the market with a single heating capacity of 140kW and three units on top. It can support up to 16 units of modular combination, seamless splicing, and the maximum heating capacity of the whole machine can reach 7360kW.

While realizing the supply of cooling and heating, Midea Flame R32 series IPLV all exceed the national first-class energy efficiency, using R32 environmentally friendly refrigerant, which is more green and low-carbon; The operating ambient temperature is extended to a wide range of -35°C~55°C to ensure strong heating at low temperature in winter, so that more cold areas can achieve high-quality heating and improve comfort.

Midea's full-frequency conversion 165kW heating unit also has the performance advantages of high efficiency and energy saving, wide area operation, stability and reliability, with a single system heating capacity covering 165-2640kW, compatible with 5~15°C large temperature difference design, the maximum water outlet temperature can reach 62°C, and the cold ambient temperature of -35°C is stable operation.

Midea's R290 inverter heating unit is the preferred solution for the renovation of new commercial buildings and old boiler systems, which can meet the diverse needs of cooling, heating and hot water production in the same system. The unit is equipped with jet enthalpy increasing compressor + R290 environmentally friendly refrigerant, which can produce hot water up to 85°C and 70°C hot water at an outdoor temperature of -25°C, which can be directly adapted to the original boiler system.
