Sun Wukong knew that he was not the opponent of the Qingniu Essence, so he had to go all over the world for help.
In the past, when Sun Wukong encountered difficulties, he always subconsciously thought of asking for help from Guanyin Bodhisattva, but this time, his priority object of help was not Guanyin Bodhisattva, but the Jade Emperor.
Sun Wukong came to the Heavenly Court to inquire about the background of qingniu jing from the Jade Emperor, but the jade emperor said that he did not know the qingniu jing, and then sent Li Jing, the king of Tota, and others to help Sun Wukong descend the demon.
As you know, Li Jing and others did not solve Sun Wukong's problem. They didn't know whether they were reacting passively or if they were really inferior to others, and as soon as the weapons were taken away by the Qingniu Essence, they were immediately defeated.
Since the Heavenly Court could not subdue the Qingniu Essence, it was said that Sun Wukong should always turn to Guanyin Bodhisattva for help, right?
But he still didn't. He came to the Spirit Mountain again and asked Rulai about the background of the Qingniu Essence.
Sun Wukong rarely asks Rulai for help, why is this so? Because Rulai is the planner of the great cause of learning the scriptures, equivalent to the test writer, when encountering difficulties and asking for help from the questioner, can the test results still be counted?
So, after surrendering the Qingniu Essence, why did Sun Wukong prefer to turn to the Jade Emperor and Rulai for help instead of asking guanyin bodhisattva for help?
Some people believe that the mana of the Qingniu Essence is stronger than that of Guanyin Bodhisattva, and Sun Wukong's request for help is useless, so naturally he will not ask Guanyin Bodhisattva for help.
In fact, although the Qingniu Essence mana was strong, it was definitely not the opponent of Guanyin Bodhisattva.
The mana of the Qingniu Essence was not even as good as Sun Wukong. Sun Wukong also commented on his mana, "Goblin martial arts are just like that." The reason why he was able to defeat Sun Wukong was entirely because he relied on the magic weapon King Kong and took away Sun Wukong's golden hoop stick, which greatly reduced his combat effectiveness.

If Guanyin Bodhisattva surrendered the Qingniu Essence, the Qingniu Essence could only compete with the Bodhisattva's mana, and his mana was not even as good as Sun Wukong', how could he compare with guanyin Bodhisattva?
The reason why Sun Wukong did not ask Guanyin Bodhisattva to surrender to the Qingniu Essence was because he had long realized that the Background of the Qingniu Essence was prominent and did not want to embarrass guanyin Bodhisattva.
Therefore, we will find a very interesting phenomenon, in the past, Sun Wukong asked for help from the immortals, hoping to help him surrender the youkai, and when he surrendered the Qingniu Jing for help, whether it was the Jade Emperor or Rulai, the requirements made were only to inform the background of the Qingniu Jing.
Brother Monkey is also an old jianghu, well aware of human feelings, since Qingniu Jing has a prominent background, he does not want to make the Jade Emperor and Rulai too embarrassed.
So, how did Sun Wukong know that the Background of Qingniu Essence was prominent?
As soon as he saw Vajrapani, he realized this. You know, Sun Wukong is too familiar with King Kong, when he made a big fuss in the Heavenly Palace, why was he captured by the Erlang God? It was precisely because he was hit by Taishang Laojun with a King Kong and fell down.
Therefore, when Sun Wukong saw the Qingniu Jing holding the King Kong, he was afraid that he not only realized that his background was prominent, but even suspected that he was a person of the Taishang Laojun.
But after all, Sun Wukong was only suspicious and did not have any substantial evidence, so it was inconvenient to go directly to the Tushi Palace to let taishang Laojun surrender the demon, and could only inquire about the background of Qingniu Jing from Rulai and the Jade Emperor. Finally, after getting Rulai's hint, he went to the Tushi Palace to ask for help from Taishang Laojun, and finally surrendered the Qingniu Essence.
