Xiong Qi, the character is rare, the number of Qingfeng Zhai lord born in 1957, a native of Kaiyuan City, Yunnan Province.

He is a member of the China Culture and Art Development Promotion Association, a member of the Yunnan Artists Association, a member of the Kunming Artists Association, and a member of the first and second directors of the China Railway Artists Association.
