Li Zhicheng, born in Beijing in 1963, graduated from the Fine Arts Department of Beijing Institute of Education, majoring in Chinese painting. He is currently a special painter of the Calligraphy and Painting Art Exchange Center of the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles, a member of the Beijing Artists Association, a painter of the Beijing-Western Painting School, and in 2021, he will be appointed as the executive vice president and secretary general of the National Academy of Calligraphy and Painting of China.
