Zhang Jiamin, the owner of the Siyu Painting House, born in 1956 in Huimin, Shandong, is an art teaching and research staff of the Huimin County Teaching and Research Office, a senior professional title, a national outstanding art teacher, the leader of the first batch of Meimu disciplines in Binzhou City, a member of the 11th CPPCC Committee of Huimin County, the vice chairman of the Binzhou Artists Association, and won the "Self-taught Talent Award" of the Shandong Provincial Higher Education Commission, and retired in 2016. He is currently a member of the Art Education Research Association of the China Education Society, a member of the Shandong Artists Association, an academician of the Shandong Academy of Chinese Painting, an advisor of the Binzhou Artists Association, and the chairman of the Huimin County Artists Association.
