Baotu Spring ranks first among the seventy-two springs in Jinan. When the Qianlong Emperor toured the south, baotu spring was named "the first spring in the world", a national AAAAA-level scenic spot, wang Xuetao memorial hall in the park in the cangyuan, for the Baotu spring garden garden, is a classical form of architecture, the park hall three, arranged in a central axis, each hall is surrounded by an outer corridor, the garden around the curved corridor, along the corridor to repair bamboo, the courtyard cang pine upright, plum orange yellow, with "no ugly mountain villa", "Luori Hall", "tile pot Zhai" three exhibition halls. Li Kuchan Memorial Hall is located in Baotu Spring's Wanzhu Garden, 3 courtyards and 186 houses and five bridges and four pavilions, the pavilions are jagged, the garden is also planted with papaya, pomegranate, magnolia, bamboo, cypress, plantain and other flowers and trees, and is expected to be water spring, Donggao Spring, Baiyun Spring and other famous springs. On the occasion of the arrival of the New Year, in order to carry forward the traditional Chinese culture, comprehensively display the achievements of Chinese contemporary calligraphy and painting, and promote the prosperity and development of cultural undertakings, the top artists in the country are invited to hold this exhibition at the Li Kuchan Memorial Hall and the Wang Xuetao Memorial Hall in the park, adding color to the spiritual and cultural life of Quancheng, which has a profound cultural heritage for audiences from all over the world.
Du Xiaoquan, born in February 1972 in Linyi, Shandong Province, has a postgraduate degree and is a member of the Chinese Peasants' and Workers' Democratic Party. He studied calligraphy and seal engraving in the Fine Arts Department of Nanjing University of the Arts and aesthetics at the School of Philosophy of Chinese Min University. He was elected as a member of the Standing Committee of the 11th and 12th Shandong Provincial Youth Federation. He is a member of the 11th and 12th Shandong Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and a member of the Social and Legal Affairs Committee of the 12th Shandong Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference. He is a member of the 7th Shandong Provincial Committee of the Peasants' and Workers' Party, deputy director of the Cultural and Sports Work Committee, and chairman of the Shandong Provincial Art Branch of the Peasants' and Workers' Party.
He is currently the vice president of the Central Academy of Calligraphy and Painting of the Peasants' and Workers' Party, the president of the Shandong Provincial Academy of Calligraphy and Painting of the Peasants' and Workers' Party, the director of the Shandong Provincial Artists Association, and the member of the Chinese Prose Literature Association.
He has published more than 20 kinds of monographs, such as "Wenyuan Vientiane - Xiaoquan Art Criticism Anthology", "Study of ArtOlogical Exploration--- Xiaoquan Art Theory", "Du Xiaoquan Chinese Painting Works Collection", "Du Xiaoquan Flower and Bird Painting Collection", "Du Xiaoquan Calligraphy Collection (Lingu Scroll)", "Chinese Flower and Bird Painting Techniques - Du Xiaoquan Freehand Plum Blossom", "Du Xiaoquan Freehand Orchid Tutorial", "Yiyan Tianxin - Du Xiaoquan Poetry Calligraphy and Painting Print Collection", "Contemporary Flower and Bird Painting Masterpieces Collection - Du Xiaoquan Scroll" and other anthologies. He has published more than 600,000 words of art reviews and essays.
