On the evening of February 17, the Shenzhen port in Guangdong province reported that 11 cross-border truck drivers tested positive for nucleic acid at the Shenzhen port on the same day.

Health Times combed and found that due to the impact of the epidemic in Hong Kong, since the first positive case of nucleic acid of a cross-border truck driver was detected on February 4, a total of 66 positive cases of cross-border drivers have been detected at the Shenzhen port. Eight were added on February 16, 12 on February 15, 12 on February 14, 6 on February 13, 4 on February 12, 4 on February 11, 2 on February 10, and seven from February 4 to February 9.

In addition, on February 12, Shenzhen found a confirmed case of new crown pneumonia in the routine test of hong Kong cross-border truck mainland shuttle drivers.

In order to properly respond to the recent situation of covid-19 prevention and control in Guangdong and Hong Kong, and to do a good job in the health management of cross-border truck drivers in Guangdong and Hong Kong, the Shenzhen Municipal Epidemic Prevention and Control Headquarters issued an announcement on February 6 that from 00:00 on February 7, Guangdong-Hong Kong cross-border truck drivers entered the country with a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 24 hours and took nucleic acid samples at the port of entry; Guangdong-Hong Kong cross-border truck drivers conducted nucleic acid testing once a day during their stay at the accommodation.

Not only that, in order to build a solid defense line for epidemic prevention and control, Shenzhen has recently further upgraded the epidemic prevention requirements for cross-border truck drivers to ensure that cross-border drivers implement closed-loop operations after entering the country.

On the morning of February 13, at the cross-border driver transfer station in Bao'an District, before the cross-border truck entered the transfer station, the staff was using the staff terminal of the "three points and one line" place to scan and verify the matching relationship between the "Yue Kang code", the cross-border driver and the cross-border truck, and the cross-border driver could enter the parking lot of the station after completing the check. Lu Taobo, head of the cross-border driver transfer station in Bao'an District, introduced in an interview with Shenzhen Satellite TV & One Shenzhen client that after the cross-border vehicle enters the transfer station, it will be comprehensively killed at the designated location, and the cross-border driver can go to the special rest area to wait after the key parts such as the cockpit are eliminated, and the connecting driver needs to wait for the vehicle to ventilate for 15 minutes before driving the cross-border truck to the operation point.

At present, there are 13,655 Shenzhen-Hong Kong cross-border truck drivers in Shenzhen who have implemented the centralized quarantine measures for entry exemption, and a total of 17 special connection points are set up for cross-border drivers to hand over vehicles with connecting drivers. In addition, special adjustments have been made to include all mainland connecting drivers in the "two-point and one-line" closed-loop management, stipulating that mainland connecting drivers can only operate within the two-point and one-line range of the connection point and the station.

In addition, the Shenzhen Port Office once again issued a reminder on February 9 that the number of inbound personnel at the Shenzhen Bay Port has increased significantly in recent days, the reservation of health stations continues to be full, the isolation of the hotel is running at a high level, the ability to transfer resources is seriously exceeded, and some unbooked passengers are stranded at the scene. In order to jointly maintain a safe, orderly, efficient and smooth customs clearance environment at the port, and avoid affecting the normal travel of passengers who have made reservations at healthy stations, causing congestion at the port, increasing the risk of epidemic spread and other personal safety risks. Remind the majority of inbound passengers: must consciously abide by the rules of the health station reservation, and do a good job in personal protection and health management throughout the process.
