The National Health Commission appealed that during the "two festivals", high-risk personnel should try to avoid travel

On the afternoon of December 18, the joint prevention and control mechanism of the State Council held a press conference to introduce the scientific and accurate situation of epidemic prevention and control during the New Year's Day and Spring Festival. In response to the question of whether the travel of employees in high-risk positions is restricted during the "two festivals" of New Year's Day and Spring Festival, He Qinghua, a first-level inspector of the Disease Control Bureau of the National Health Commission, responded.

He Qinghua said that high-risk positions may have more opportunities to contact items and environments contaminated by the virus because they are exposed to possible infected people during work. If protection is not in place, the risk of infection is higher.

Recently, in some parts of China, there have been cases of transporters engaged in imported goods at air ports and land ports, and the infection of workers in centralized isolation points has also led to the spread and spread of communities in some places. Therefore, He Qinghua suggested that the high-risk post personnel who come into contact with inbound personnel, goods and the environment at land, air and water transport ports and high-risk posts in centralized isolation places, designated medical institutions, fever clinics, and imported cold chain food processing enterprises should strictly implement the prevention and control requirements such as clear bottom number, fixed personnel, standardized protection, closed loop, high-frequency nucleic acid detection, and health monitoring. Do a good job of pre-job training and post-post observation.

He Qinghua pointed out that during the "two festivals", high-risk post personnel should try to avoid travel, and those who really need to travel should meet three conditions: one is to leave the high-risk post for more than 14 days; the other is to hold a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours; and the third is to report to the unit where they are located.
