Things like Douyin, WeChat, and movies are constantly diverting our attention from what we should be doing. On top of that, some of us have children. It's hard to balance work, social activities, and everything about mommy.

1. Send the children away
I know we all want to be good moms, but honestly, it's almost impossible to accomplish certain tasks with kids constantly diverting your attention. Everything about the kids depends on you, it's everything. That's okay; Have them do something fun with their grandparents or hire a babysitter if necessary.
2. Be optimistic
I know it sounds silly, but it helps. If you are in a negative state of mind, you will not be able to make the most of it. So take a moment to put on your favorite song or watch a fun video. Then remind yourself how much fun life can become when you don't have that big task on your shoulders.

Really, don't procrastinate. If you finish it now, all the stress will be gone. An easy way to make sure you don't fall behind is to create a simple checklist. Will others be very satisfied when checking the checklist? Checking a few things off your to-do list can also make you feel super efficient.

Not only do you want your work to be done on time, but you want it to be great. So, take extra time to evaluate your work before the presentation. If you take the time to check your work, people will notice. It's everyone's goal, and we all want our hard work and dedication to be noticed.
