But Niu Chengze, who had become a foregone conclusion in prison, was still restless, but first moved his household registration to Hualien, asked to serve his sentence in Hualien, and then asked to postpone his imprisonment date, giving the reason that he wanted to settle his elderly mother first.

Niu Chengze's sexual assault case was exposed on December 5, 2018. The victim said that she met niu chengze after joining the crew of the movie "Running Horse" directed by Niu Chengze, and on November 23, 2018, Niu Chengze suddenly canceled the scheduled crew meeting on the grounds of poor physical and mental condition, and invited a number of staff members, including the victim, to their home.
After everyone else left in the early morning of that night, Niu Chengze pressed him on the sofa despite the victim's resistance, but because he was suspected of not being able to get an erection, he instead sexually assaulted the victim with his fingers; Niu Chengze could not further sexually assault the victim because of the fierce resistance of the victim, so he had to let the victim put back on his clothes and leave.
After the incident, the victim, accompanied by a friend, went to the hospital for injury examination and called the police. The results of the injury examination showed that the victim had multiple lacerations on his lower body and bruises on his arms that were left by niu Chengze. In addition, the saliva left in the victim's chest also detected Niu Chengze's DNA.

After the incident was exposed, Niu Chengze's work was completely stopped, and the crew of "Running Horse" was quickly disbanded. Niu Chengze, who has always insisted that he is innocent, said that the two sides were "boyfriend and girlfriend in the direction of interaction", but was quickly denied by the victims who posted chat records.
At the court hearing, Niu Chengze still refused to admit guilt, arguing that the two sides were in agreement, and you and I were willing. In addition, Niu Chengze also compensated the victim 2 million Taiwan dollars (about 460,000 yuan), but did not get the other party's forgiveness.
On April 14, 2020, the court of first instance found that Niu Chengze had no remorse and sentenced him to 4 years in prison for compulsory surrender. Niu Chengze was not satisfied with the judgment and continued to appeal, but the second instance of the case upheld the original judgment.

Later, Niu Chengze appealed to Taiwan's "Supreme Court." On September 29 this year, Taiwan's "Supreme Court" found that the original judgment was correct, so it rejected Niu Chengze's appeal, and his imprisonment became a foregone conclusion.
After the case was finalized, taipei's "district procuratorate" recently asked Niu Chengze to come to the case on November 2, but he said that he had moved his household registration to Hualien and hoped to serve his sentence in Hualien. After that, the Taipei "District Procuratorate" transferred the case to the "District Procuratorate" in Hualien for execution.
Niu Chengze also wanted to postpone the imprisonment on the grounds that his elderly mother needed to take care of her and settle down, and the prosecution has not yet decided on the matter.
According to the data, Niu Chengze was born in 1966, and his original surname was Niu Hulu. In 1975, he participated in his first film "Little Rain Silk" and began his acting career since then.
