Microsoft is well aware of these issues, and in a recent interview with CNBC, Microsoft President and Vice Chairman Brad Smith said that once the acquisition is completed, Activision Blizzard's leadership will be replaced. Smith is currently investigating Activision Blizzard's leadership and has promised to make changes accordingly.

In an interview, he said that the Activision Blizzard acquisition is expected to take place sometime in late 2022 or early 2023, and Smith is vague about who will replace the CEO of Activision Blizzard, but it is not difficult to speculate who it may be.

Once the deal is completed, Activision Blizzard's currently troubled chief, Bobby Kotick, is expected to leave. However, even players can clearly perceive that there are still many people within the company who are engaged in harmful actions, and there has been a call for Microsoft to eliminate them.
