A detailed interpretation of some epidemic prevention issues that everyone is concerned about
1. What are the epidemic prevention regulations for college students returning to school in Hubei Province, and what preparations need to be made?
A: In the province, you can pass with a green health code and a green itinerary card without an asterisk. Do a good job of self-health monitoring before returning to school, carry a sufficient amount of masks, quick-drying hand disinfectants and other personal protective equipment on the way back to school, wear masks throughout the whole process, do a good job of hand hygiene, and minimize communication with other people on public transportation to avoid gathering.
2. What preparations do college students need to make for college students in low-risk areas outside Hubei Province to return to school? Can I go straight to class after I arrive at school?
A: Students from low-risk areas outside the province (including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan students in China), and neither I nor their families living together have a history of living in medium- and high-risk areas within 14 days, and should report with a health code green code, a green itinerary card, a negative nucleic acid test certificate outside the province within 48 hours before returning to China, and a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 24 hours after arriving in Wuhan; if they or their family members living together have fever, dry cough, sore throat, runny nose, diarrhea, fatigue, decreased sense of smell (taste), muscle soreness and other symptoms, they should temporarily return to school. After the new crown infection is ruled out and the treatment is asymptomatic, report with the health code green code, green itinerary card, negative nucleic acid test certificate outside the province within 48 hours before returning to China, and negative nucleic acid test certificate within 24 hours after arriving in Wuhan.
After students from low-risk areas outside the province (including Students from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan in China) arrive at the school, they will implement 14 days of community health monitoring (on-campus health monitoring) and carry out nucleic acid testing every 7 days.
3. What preparations do college students need to make when college students from medium- and high-risk areas outside Hubei Province return to school?
A: Students in medium- and high-risk areas outside the province should postpone their return to school, comply with the local epidemic prevention and control policies, cooperate with relevant work and report to their schools in a timely manner; after the area is reduced to a low-risk area, they should report with the health code green code, green itinerary card, negative nucleic acid test certificate outside the province within 48 hours before returning to China, and negative nucleic acid test certificate within 24 hours after arriving in Wuhan, and implement 14 days of community health monitoring (on-campus health monitoring), and conduct nucleic acid testing every 7 days.
4. What is the difference between home isolation and community health monitoring?
Answer: Home isolation should strictly implement "one household and one person", live alone, stay at home, and be included in community control.
Community health monitoring needs to implement personal self-health management, the community strengthens guidance and supervision, can live with family (classmates), but to minimize going out and going to places with large crowds, to report to the community when going out, and to do a good job of personal protection, not to take public transportation.
5. How do college students stay at home and how do they implement community health monitoring?
A: If college students do not have the conditions for home isolation, they will be transferred from the jurisdictional headquarters to centralized isolation. Community health monitoring of college students during the school period can be carried out in the on-campus dormitory or temporary residence, try not to go out, report to the community when going out, and do a good job of personal protection, do not take public transportation, do not participate in dinner or go to crowded places. Nucleic acid testing is performed every 7 days.
