After a night of demon wind, the mountain fire broke out in orange county, the United States, the seaview mansion was evacuated

【News Express】Irvine reported

Latest update: Orange County Fire Chief Brian Fennessy updated at a press conference at 9:30 a.m. on the 10th that the fire, known as the Emerald Fire, has burned 145 acres of land and is currently 5% under control.

There are currently 75 fire trucks, Cal Fire helicopters and commandos on the scene to fight the fire.

Fennessy pointed out that the Emerald Wildfire is currently the only wildfire in California, so fire departments everywhere have come to assist and are rich in resources.

The Pacific Coast Highway near the wildfires is closed in both directions until further notice.

The cause of the wildfire is unknown.

The red area is the area of forced evacuation, and the orange area receives an evacuation warning

Original: After a night of fierce winds, a wildfire broke out in Laguna Beach in Orange County in the early morning of the 10th, resulting in a forced evacuation of the seaview mansion community in the area.

According to the Orange County Fire Department, the fire occurred around 4:10 a.m. and quickly spread to hillside areas near the Pacific Coast Highway.

Soon after, the city of Laguna Beach issued an "immediate evacuation order" for the local communities of Irvine Cove and Emerald Bay, as well as evacuation warnings for the North Laguna area.

Part of the Pacific Coast Highway has been closed.

Fire crews at the Orange County Fire Department are responding. As of 6:30 a.m., the estimated area of the fire was 7 acres.

The massive fires forced the cancellation of classes at surrounding schools, including El Morro Primary School and Laguna Beach Union School.

The Irvine Municipality said it had opened the Los Olivos Centre to provide care and reception for fire-affected evacuees. Center address: 101 Alfonso, Irvine 92603.

The Irvine Police Department said the wildfire was no threat to the city of Irvine. The "Gulf of Irvine" currently facing evacuation is the community of Laguna Beach, which has confused some residents. Irvine was not threatened and there was no evacuation order in Irvine.
