Medtronic, accused of commercial theft!!!
Recently, Globus Medical accused Medtronic of recruiting its San Antonio sales team to steal customers from the company and strengthen its position in the spine market.
Defendants include Andrew Miller, Brooke Stephens and Hunter Bailey, former sales executives at Globus Medical, all of whom are now employed by Medtronic and reside in San Antonio. Edward Sharp, former regional managers of spine at Globus Medical, and Medtronic were also listed as defendants.
The allegations allege that Medtronic "enticed Edward Sharp" to recruit his sales team in San Antonio "with huge financial incentives" and claimed that four former employees were "carrying out a long-term conspiracy" to turn Globus's customers into Medtronic's own.
