Why is Shanghai so attractive to outsiders?
Shanghai has several advantages (of course, there are other metropolises): first of all, the geographical advantages, the Yangtze River estuary, port trade is developed, so the degree of internationalization is also high; or geographical advantages, the Yangtze River Delta region, since ancient times, the Jiangsu and Zhejiang Plains are the richest areas, and Shanghai is one of the best geographical points; for the above reasons, the country has also increased resources to invest in Shanghai, to build an international metropolis, resulting in more and more strong; for the above reasons, the surrounding and even national talents have also attracted. Talent is a very strong resource, which also makes Shanghai stronger and stronger, and the elite gods are emerging.
These reasons have caused a similar siphon effect, and then the metropolis is getting bigger and bigger, and the talents are more and more eager to enter, but the surrounding small cities are actually less and less attractive, and the housing prices in Shanghai are getting higher and higher.
But I think it's a law of nature, and it's inevitable that all developed countries in the world have experienced it, such as Tokyo, New York, and so on. The trend of human habitation is more and more inclined to a few concentrated megacities, huddled together for warmth, because medical resources and social resources are top-notch. Human beings will not be evenly distributed in every corner of the earth like sprinkling beans, that is just the ideal state, in fact, people are smart and not stupid, they all want to live comfortably, live longer, so it is normal to live more in several super metropolises.
