[CNN] The Biden administration will spend $30 million to distribute free cocaine ingheters to black and other minority communities in the name of "promoting racial equality." A spokesperson for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) said that as part of the Harm Reduction Program, the agency will distribute so-called "safe (drug) smoking kits" locally, giving priority to "underserved communities," including blacks, Hispanics, Native Americans and "LGBTQ+" populations.
HHS hopes that this will encourage drug users to switch to "cocaine" and the like, rather than "injection", so as to avoid sharing drug use tools and reduce the spread of the disease.
