The second is emotion, which refers to the emotional phenomenon between people and things that are related to relatives or themselves, because they like or dislike. Although emotions are not as noble as emotions, if people do not have emotions, they are like plants or minerals. It is just that emotions are selfish, based on the joys and sorrows of the self, which can be good or evil, and are not very stable; but emotions are very pure, and very peaceful and stable.

The third is emotion, emotions come from emotions, when emotions can not be cathartic, satisfied, the heart will be impacted and troubled, so emotions are generated. Emotions are like waves in a storm, irrational, regular, and very volatile, except that some people fluctuate very high, and some people are lower.

Therefore, when facing the problem, it is best not to move the emotions casually.

But some people will say: "If people live without fluctuations, it seems too bland and tasteless." Life must have great sorrow and joy to live a happy life, so there is nothing wrong with emotions! ”

This view of life's emotional ups and downs as a kind of adjustment is really paradoxical! Imagine every emotional fluctuation, the cells of the body do not know how many to die, not only the body is not healthy, but also the psychology will not be healthy.

To avoid excessive fluctuations in emotions, we must first understand the seriousness of the disasters that emotions will bring to ourselves and others, so that we can know how to restrain our emotions.

Emotions bring waves of bad things, just as high blood pressure can bring life-threatening, first it may be a stroke, then there is paralysis, and maybe then death. Therefore, it is very important to prevent the emergence of your own emotions.

The way to prevent it is to be able to realize that you are about to move your emotions before the emotions have occurred, and at this critical moment, use your concepts to resolve them, and tell yourself that you can't move your emotions, because in the end it is you who are unlucky, and even others will suffer.

In addition to the use of concepts, some cultivation work, such as meditation, or the frequent silent recitation of the holy names of "Amitabha Buddha" and "Avalokiteshvara Bodhisattva", can also be very helpful. Before emotions arise, chanting the Buddha can have a transferent effect, transforming the emotions into a pure thought of chanting the Buddha, a thought of faith.

However, when we use concepts or methods, we must also understand that the purpose is not to suppress ourselves, but to resolve our own emotional problems. In fact, as long as we don't care about it, don't always think about this problem, or always want to rush through it, deal with it, fight it, emotions can be easily resolved.
