Yang Jiaying mentioned that in recent years, lithium battery safety problems have emerged in an endless stream, and the cause of accidents is mostly the problem of continuous charging overheating caused by battery overcharging or internal short circuit. In view of reducing the discharge loss of lithium battery packs, extending the service life of lithium battery packs, reducing the occurrence of safety accidents in lithium battery packs, and improving the operational efficiency of lithium battery packs, Yang Jiaying's project team began to develop lithium battery management control systems in 2019, and designed an efficient lithium battery management control system suitable for multiple scenarios.
The core technology of the project is based on the Kalman filtering method, which accurately estimates the battery margin, optimizes the remaining battery power after estimation, and realizes the current and voltage balance between the battery packs by peak shaving and valley filling, so as to ensure that the battery has higher endurance and maximize the safety of the battery pack.
At present, the project is mainly engaged in the development and sales of lithium battery management control system and battery pack, and has entered the start-up stage at this stage, obtained a number of utility model patents, and the products have been adopted and used by many new energy enterprises.
