The car's range is rated at 310 miles (about 498 kilometers), and now it still has a full range of 303 miles (about 488 kilometers).

Given that Tesla's batteries have degraded by just 2.2 percent after four years, Model 3 owner Andy Slye said he doesn't currently plan to replace the car's batteries in a decade. Second, the used Model S with the first generation of batteries is not the limit

The car was purchased in 2014 with a cruising range of about 502 km, and due to the test drive, the owner had a mileage of 30,000 km when it was purchased. After the purchase, the owner continued to refresh the Tesla's driving range to challenge the limits, and it took five years to drive 1 million kilometers, setting a Guinness World Record at the time.
As of early January 2022, the Model S odometer has accumulated 1.5 million kilometers (about 930,000 miles), and owners are still pushing the limits.
During the 1 million kilometers of the Model S, the owner replaced the battery a total of 3 times, and since the car is still under warranty, the actual maintenance cost is only 13,000 euros (about 100,000 yuan). Among them, the first battery ran 290,000 kilometers, the second battery ran 250,000 kilometers, the third battery ran 460,000 kilometers, and the usable capacity of the battery was 86% after reaching 1 million kilometers.
