Hunan Meteorological Observatory issued a blizzard blue warning at 07:00 on February 2: It is expected that from 08:00 on the 2nd to 08:00 on the 3rd, there will be ≥ 7.5 mm of snowfall in the southwest of Yueyang, southern Changde, Yiyang, northeastern Huaihua, western Loudi, and southeastern Xiangxi Prefecture, and there will be snow of ≥5 cm in southwestern Yueyang, southern Changde, yiyang, northeastern Huaihua, western Loudi, and southeastern Xiangxi Prefecture.
