But we can't accept that they have the president's DNA," one of the entourage told Reuters, referring to the security concerns that would arise if the French leader were tested by Russian doctors.
However, another member of Macron's entourage told him that Macron had already been tested for covid-19 in France before his departure and was also tested in Russia, but by his own doctors.
