Geely's three models, Xingrui, Xingyue S and Xingyue L, are high-end models built with the CMA architecture and are called the "China Star" series. In previous test drives, we were also impressed by its excellent power, handling and NVH texture, and for its performance in the leapfrog. On this trip, we came to Yakeshi in Hulunbuir, where we test-drove the three cars in the extreme cold conditions of -30 ° C, and also briefly experienced its new DHT hybrid model Thor series. Among them, the test drive section arranges the corresponding subjects according to the characteristics of different models, and we can also run freely on an ice field.
In terms of power, the "China Star" series uses the 2.0T engine jointly developed by Geely and Volvo, and is currently adopted by many of its brands. In the first part of the ice and snow test drive, we warmed up with Geely Star Rui. The 2.0T engine used in this model has a maximum power of 190 horsepower and a peak torque of 300 N·m, which is equivalent to the standard of the Volvo T4, matching the 7-speed dual-clutch transmission, which can accelerate up to 7.54s from 100 km/h on regular roads.
In this test drive, the vehicle is equipped with snow tires, but its front-drive structure can not be a foot of throttle at the beginning, but according to the degree of sliding of the front wheel and the ice and snow road, the throttle can be increased accordingly, and the vehicle can successfully complete the start.
The subject experienced above The Star Rui was more like a warm-up, and after the acceleration and braking tests, I experienced a bit of winding the pile. Its precise steering, even on ice and snow roads, the front of the car is still very fast, and it can have a higher degree of control over the vehicle.
After a short experience of Xingrui, the S for Xingrui entered the main topic. In addition to the 2.0T low-power +7DCT of the same model as Xingrui, this car also provides a high-power model, which matches the 8AT, with a maximum power of 238 horsepower and a peak torque of 350N·m.
The model we test-drove was high-powered and equipped with a timely four-wheel drive system. However, the next project is ice drift, and the tires are replaced by nail tires to improve the grip on the ice.
We set the vehicle in Sport mode, at which point the body stabilization system is fully turned off. In fact, press the accelerator pedal and hit the direction slightly, and the vehicle can start to drift. Next, the venue we tested was a "figure 8" track + high-speed U-bend, and the track was narrower. The model used is the Larger SUV of the Star Etsu L under the CMA architecture. At the same displacement, it has a low power of up to 218 horsepower and a peak torque of 325 N·m, which is improved compared to the previous two models, matching the 7-speed dual-clutch transmission. The high-power model is still 238 horsepower, matching the 8AT transmission.
Since the positioning of Hoshigoe L is more domestic, the sport attribute is not as good as Hoshigoshi S, so the body stabilization system cannot be completely shut down, so the dynamic response of the vehicle is not very positive. Especially in the track, there will be more lag in the action of reversing the direction, so it is necessary to predict the operation of the steering in advance.
However, for such a large body size, after mastering the characteristics of the vehicle, you can still feel that the whole vehicle is light and dexterous to drive. The precision of its steering and the solidity of the chassis reflect the first-class level of international brands, and the higher body is also very stable in the fierce steering and sliding, and the roll is very small.
And after the test drive on the track, we were also arranged for hoshikoshi L Ray's hygienist Hi· Short test drive of the X-oil-electric hybrid version. The car is powered by a 3-speed DHT Pro hybrid transmission. The car integrates two motors, P1 and P2, and its engine and motor can achieve pure electric, series and parallel modes, that is, the engine can be disconnected from the rotating shaft like an extended range hybrid, generate electricity for the vehicle alone, and drive the vehicle only by electricity at low speeds. At the same time, the engine can also directly drive the vehicle at medium and high speed to achieve more efficient power transmission and better energy saving.
This set of power can be started in an environment of -35 ° C and walk, and in order to prevent the engine from suddenly starting to charge and destroy the quiet atmosphere in the car, its intelligent charging strategy can optimize the charging logic in real time by analyzing the state of the driver stepping on the accelerator and analyzing the navigation data. In actual driving, when the speed exceeds 20km/h or more, it can enter the direct drive mode of the engine, and the power output is linear and surging, so that the whole vehicle has better performance.

Three models, plus a new DHT hybrid car, also adopt an international CMA architecture, and all aspects of performance can also be called the level of the same level ceiling of Chinese brands.
