Bianba Tsering, a first-class inspector of the Tibet Autonomous Region Federation of Trade Unions, introduced that after selection, Huang Yong, a young leader in the geology of the Sichuan-Tibet Railway, Pu Qian Tsering, the internal inheritor of the Ganlu Tibetan Medicine Seventy Flavor Pearl Pill, Liu Xuanyao, a green technology optimization and integrated mineral processing, Liu Dianzhong, an expert in asphalt concrete anti-seepage technology in alpine areas, Yu Xiaolong, a national technical expert in mechanical and electrical maintenance, and Donghong, the leader of the non-genetic inheritance of motuo stone pots, won the title of "Tibetan Craftsman". Up to now, there are 28 "Tibetan craftsmen" in Tibet, covering archive restoration, thangka inheritance, terry weaving, Tibetan drum skills and other industries.
Pu Qian Tsering, who graduated from the Tibetan University of Tibetan Medicine, has been engaged in the production of Tibetan medicine for nearly 20 years, and is currently the internal inheritor of the "Seventy Flavor Pearl Pill Matching Technique" identified by Ganlu Tibetan Medicine Industry Group Co., Ltd. He told reporters that Tibetan medicine has been passed down in the snowy plateau for more than a thousand years, and it is not full of "mysterious color", but has its complete theoretical system and strong technical force.

In the standardization of Tibetan medicinal materials, Pu qian Tsering created the Ganlu Tibetan Medicinal Materials Herbarium, which provided students and internal inheritors with activities and conditions for learning Tibetan medicinal materials and discussing Tibetan medicine, and invited top experts and teachers in the field of Tibetan medicine to sort out the problems existing in the production of drugs, so as to improve the standards of medicinal materials and improve the quality of talent training in the field of Tibetan medicine.
