Guanyin gives dew
My name is Ah Hai, and I am an ordinary fisherman who lives by the sea. On this day, as usual, I sailed out to sea alone in a small boat. The sea is sparkling and the breeze is light, and everything seems to indicate that it will be a good day.
However, shortly after I sailed to shore, the sky changed abruptly, the clouds were thick, and the sea breeze became violent. The waves were getting bigger and bigger, and my boat was bouncing in the waves, as if it could be swallowed up at any moment.
I was scared, but years of fishing experience taught me that I had to stay calm at the moment. I clung to the oars, trying to keep the boat steady while looking for shelter from the wind.
Just then, I suddenly noticed an island in the sea ahead. The island is full of greenery and white clouds, like a fairyland on earth. Without hesitation, I sailed to the island, hoping to take shelter from the wind and rain.
When I approached the island, I found that there was a temple on the island, and there was a stone tablet standing in front of the temple, on which were engraved the three big characters "Guanyin Island". My heart sank, is this the place where the legendary Guanyin Bodhisattva appeared?
With reverence and reverence, I docked the boat and walked onto the island. The temple is full of incense and enshrines the statue of Guanyin Bodhisattva. I knelt in front of the statue and prayed sincerely, hoping that Guanyin would bless me with a safe return home.
Just as I was praying with my eyes closed, I suddenly heard a gentle and solemn voice say, "Ahai, why are you here?"
When I opened my eyes, I was surprised to find that the statue of Guanyin Bodhisattva was glowing, and a vague figure seemed to be reflected in the light. I replied tremblingly, "Bodhisattva, I am a fisherman from the neighborhood, and I went out to sea to fish today, but I encountered a storm, and I am fortunate to be sheltered by this island, so I have come to thank Bodhisattva." ”
The gentle voice sounded again: "Ah Hai, you are kind-hearted, hardworking and simple, today you encountered wind and rain, but you did not forget to be grateful, it is really rare." I will give you a bottle of poplar nectar, which can keep your family safe and healthy. ”
After speaking, I saw the net bottle in the hand of Guanyin Bodhisattva tilted gently, and a drop of crystal nectar dripped into the vial in my hand. I hurriedly kowtowed to thank me and carefully put away the nectar.
Guanyin Bodhisattva said: "Ah Hai, it is late today, and the wind and waves on the sea are not calm, so you should stay here for one night and go home tomorrow." ”
I was grateful and nodded my head in agreement. That night, I slept peacefully in my room on the island, and my dreams were filled with gratitude to Guanyin.
The next morning, I woke up to find that the sea had returned to calm. I packed my bags and prepared to sail home. Before leaving, I came to the temple again, bowed deeply three times, and sailed away.
On the way home, I was in a state of excitement. The poplar branch manna in my hand seems to weigh a thousand catties, which not only represents the blessing of Guanyin Bodhisattva, but also the hope of my family's future.
When I got home, my wife and children were pleasantly surprised. I took out the nectar of the poplar branch and shared the gift of Guanyin with them. Since then, our family has become healthy and strong, and our fishing has been fruitful.
Later, I told the rest of the village about the experience. They have expressed their desire to go to Guanyin Island to worship and pray for peace and a good harvest. I also distributed the nectar to the elderly and the sick and weak in the village, hoping that the gift of Guanyin Bodhisattva would benefit more people.
Today, whenever I think back on that experience, I feel the compassion and greatness of Guanyin Bodhisattva. I will always remember her kindness and pass on this gratitude to more people.
However, the good times were short-lived. Just as our village was thriving, a terrible legend began to circulate among the villagers. It is said that a terrifying yokai appeared in the sea, with a huge body and hideous appearance, specializing in devouring passing ships and fishermen.
At first, I thought it was just a casual conversation among the villagers, and I didn't pay much attention to it. It wasn't until one day, when my friend Lao Chen had not returned from his voyage and the villagers found the wreck of his ship on the beach, that I realized the horror of this legend.
I decided that I wanted to rid the people of evil, so I began to run around looking for a way to subdue this monster. Some people say that only by finding the Guanyin Bodhisattva who once gave me the nectar of the Yang branch can I find the way to be saved.
So, I set out again on my journey to Kannon Island. Along the way, I have gone through ups and downs, but my heart is full of determination and faith. Finally, I came to the mysterious island again, where the temple of Guanyin Bodhisattva still stands, exuding a solemn and sacred atmosphere.
I knelt in front of the statue of Guanyin and prayed sincerely: "O Bodhisattva, please bless our village through this calamity." That youkai of the sea has claimed many innocent lives, and I ask you to give us the strength to defeat it. ”
Guanyin Bodhisattva's voice sounded in my ears again: "Ahai, I am touched by your bravery and kindness. To save your village and friends, I would like to grant you divine powers. However, this power can only be used once, and you must tread carefully. ”
After saying that, I felt a powerful force rush into my body. I stood up and left Guanyin Island with confidence.
When I returned to the village, I told the villagers that Guanyin Bodhisattva had given me divine powers, and we could go out to sea together to destroy the monster. The villagers responded, and we assembled a brave fleet and prepared to go to sea.
After sailing on the sea for a long time, we finally met the legendary yokai. It was huge, hideous, and looked terrifying. However, under the blessing of Guanyin Bodhisattva, we did not feel fear.
I raised the oars in my hand and shouted, "Come with me, for the sake of our family and friends, we must defeat this monster!"
The fleet quickly approached the youkai, and we engaged in a fierce battle with the youkai. Although the youkai is immensely powerful, with the help of our unity and divine power, it is gradually becoming powerless.
Finally, in a fierce attack, I aimed at the monster's weak point and defeated it with all my might. The sea instantly became calm, as if even the heavens and the earth cheered for us.
We returned to the village with the joy of victory. Villagers poured into the streets to cheer and applaud us. I feel extremely proud and satisfied, because I know that it was the gift of Guanyin Bodhisattva that allowed us to achieve this victory.
Since then, our village has not been infested by any yokai. The gift of Guanyin Bodhisattva has also been passed down in our village and has become our eternal legend and belief. Whenever I look back on that experience, I feel my own luck and the greatness of Guanyin Bodhisattva.
However, just when we thought everything had returned to peace, an even more terrible disaster befell our village.
It was a sunny morning, and while the villagers were still working in the fields, suddenly the sky changed dramatically, dark clouds were thick, and thunder rumbled. Immediately afterward, an unprecedented earth shook the entire village. Houses collapsed, fields cracked, seawater poured in...... Everything seemed to be plunged into chaos and darkness.
The villagers fled in panic, but the disaster came too quickly and violently, and many were buried under the rubble. I couldn't do anything about it as I watched it happen, and the pain in my heart was indescribable.
At this moment, I remembered the nectar of the poplar branch that Guanyin Bodhisattva had given me. I immediately took the bottle of nectar from my home and took it to the central square of the village. I held up the nectar bottle and shouted, "Don't panic, everyone! Guanyin Bodhisattva will bless us! This is the nectar of the poplar branch that the Bodhisattva has given us, and it will bring health and peace!"
After hearing my shouts, the villagers gradually gathered in the square. I use the nectar to heal the wounds of the wounded, soothe their hearts, and lead everyone to pray for the blessing of Guanyin Bodhisattva.
Thanks to the miraculous effects of nectar, many of the seriously injured villagers miraculously recovered, and the bereaved families regained hope and courage to face their future lives under the blessing of Guanyin.
Although this disaster has brought us great loss and pain, it has also strengthened us together and strengthened. With the blessing of Guanyin Bodhisattva, we have rebuilt our homeland and regained our faith and hope. From then on, on the birthday or important festival of Guanyin Bodhisattva, we will gather in the temple to pray and thank the Bodhisattva for his gifts and protection, and pass on this faith and love to the next generation, so that they will always remember the greatness and compassion of Guanyin Bodhisattva!
A new trial on Guanyin Island
Since the earthquake, the village has been rebuilt, but it has left a scar in everyone's heart that will not heal. However, life has to go on, and the villagers are still busy in the fields and by the sea every day, trying to make ends meet.
One day, while playing by the sea, the children of the village stumbled upon a strange shell. The shell is much larger than a normal shell and has a mysterious luster. Curious, the children brought the shells back to the village and showed them to the adults.
When I saw this shell, I felt an inexplicable fear in my heart. The smell emanating from this shell made me feel some kind of ominous omen. I told the villagers that the shell might not be an ordinary thing and needed to be handled with care.
But my words didn't attract enough attention, and the villagers just passed on the shell as a strange thing. Until that night, something strange happened.
In the dead of night, the shell suddenly shone brightly, and then a strange voice came from the shell: "Do you want true peace and abundance? ”
The sound echoed in the night sky, waking up the entire village. Everyone gathered in the village square in a panic and talked about it. Some people think it's an opportunity that should be seized, while others think it's too weird to be believed.
I stood up and tried to calm everyone's panic: "Don't panic, everyone, this shell is of unknown origin, and we can't take risks easily. Guanyin Bodhisattva has given us a lot, and we should not covet more wealth and power. ”
But my words didn't have much effect, and some of the young fishermen were tempted by the mysterious voice and decided to go to Guanyin Island to find out the truth. They took the shells, sailed out to sea, and disappeared into the vast sea.
I was uneasy and worried about their safety. So, I decided to go to Kannon Island again, hoping to find them and stop a possible disaster.
The journey at sea is full of unknowns and dangers, but I am determined that only by finding those fishermen can they avoid falling into greater danger.
After a few days of sailing, I finally came to Guanyin Island again. The scenery on the island is still beautiful, but I don't want to appreciate it at the moment. I made a beeline for the temple, hoping to find a clue there.
When I came to the temple, I was surprised to find that the young fishermen were already kneeling in front of the temple, their faces solemn, as if they had just experienced something terrible.
I walked up quickly to inquire about the situation. It turned out that when they arrived at Guanyin Island, they placed the shells in front of the temple, hoping that Guanyin Bodhisattva would give guidance. But as they prayed, the shell suddenly glowed with a strong light and exploded, and a black mist poured out of it and enveloped the entire temple.
They fled in panic, but when the black fog cleared, they found that the temple had turned into a huge black hole, as if swallowing up all light and hope, and the statue of Guanyin was gone.
After listening to their stories, my heart sank, and I realized that this shell might be a vehicle for some kind of evil force, which used the greed and curiosity of the villagers to achieve some purpose.
I told the fishermen that they had to leave the island as soon as possible, and I told the village elders to discuss what to do. We returned to the village with a heavy heart and told everyone in detail what had happened.
After listening to our story, the village elders looked solemn, and they realized that the seriousness of this matter had exceeded our imagination, and that action must be taken as soon as possible to stop the spread of evil forces.
So, under the leadership of the elders, we organized a brave expedition team to go to Guanyin Island again to find a solution. This time we were well prepared and brought the necessary tools and weapons to deal with a dangerous situation that could arise.
When we came to Guanyin Island again, we found that the atmosphere on the island became even more strange and oppressive, and the black hole seemed to be ready to swallow all life and hope at any time. But instead of backing down, we bravely walked into the black hole and prepared to find out.
Just as we were about to enter the black hole, suddenly a golden light shot out of the black hole, and then the figure of Guanyin Bodhisattva appeared in front of us. She tells us that the shell is actually a seal of the forces of evil, but that our greed and curiosity have been unraveled, causing the forces of evil to respawn and try to take over the world.
Guanyin Bodhisattva sacrificed his statue to reseal the evil force in order to save the people, and guided us to find a solution—only with a pure heart and firm faith can we defeat evil and restore peace and tranquility.
After listening to Guanyin's words, we felt deeply ashamed and remorseful, and at the same time moved by her greatness and selflessness. We followed the guidance of Guanyin Bodhisattva and embarked on a difficult sealing journey, and finally succeeded in resealing the evil power in the shell with a pure heart and firm faith, and brought it back to the village for safekeeping.
From then on, we cherish everything we have now, and always maintain a pure heart and firm faith to face the challenges and difficulties in life, and at the same time, the great deeds of Guanyin Bodhisattva will be passed down from generation to generation and forever remembered!
