On January 24, the Haizhou District Procuratorate received a case transferred by the public security organs in which Liu was suspected of a criminal offense. Hou Yaru was impressed by the name, and Fan Mouli was the defendant in a criminal case she appeared in court on December 9, 2021. During interrogation, Fan Mouli was pregnant for more than 8 months, and as a mother, Hou Yaru was very concerned about her physical condition.
On December 21, 2021, Fan was sentenced to six months in prison and fined 2,000 yuan. On January 3, 2022, after giving birth to a baby boy, Fan Mouli, who was breastfeeding, has been executed outside of prison.
Because of the discovery that Fan Mouli had a clue in the case, the procuratorial organs filed a case against Fan Mouli on January 25 to supervise and intervene in the case in advance.

Fan Mouli said that the child was taken away by his father. What is more suspicious is that the child's birth certificate is not Fan Mouli's name, but a person named Yao Moumei.

At 7 p.m., a group of people rushed to a hospital in Siyang, and through the identification of the attending doctor, it was confirmed that the pregnant woman was Fan Mouli, and the registration information was Yao Moumei.
After inquiry, Yao Moumei lived in a community in Siyang County. In order not to scare the snake, the police went to Yao Moumei's residence in the name of the attending doctor's family return visit. At the scene, Hou Yaru found this small life that was only more than 20 days old.
According to Yao Moumei's husband Liu Mou, in June 2020, his only son fell ill and died, and the two were very distressed, because the husband and wife were both more than 50 years old and could not have children again, so they hoped to adopt a child. On January 2, 2021, Liu learned through a friend that a woman in Lianyungang was unable to raise her children and expressed her desire to adopt, and the woman was Fan Mouli.
After the two sides and the introducer met in Siyang, Fan Mouli put forward a request of 50,000 yuan for "nutrition fees" and agreed to raise the child to Liu's family after birth, and Liu paid 20,000 yuan on the spot.
On January 3, Fan Mouli went through the admission procedures in the hospital in the name of Yao Moumei, and on the same day, she gave birth to a baby boy by caesarean section, and Liu paid the final payment.
On January 8, Liu and Yao Moumei took their children home from the hospital until they were caught by the public security organs, and the procuratorial organs guided the public security to conduct an investigation and formulate an investigation plan.
At 1:00 a.m. on January 26, the local police found Zhu Mou and Ge Mou, the "intermediary introduction personnel", and arrested them separately on the morning of the same day.

It is understood that the procuratorial organs conducted a comprehensive physical examination for the baby contact hospital and prepared some daily necessities such as milk powder and diapers for the child. On the issue of child rearing, the relevant departments are actively looking for suitable relatives to ensure that the child can grow up in a healthy and safe environment.
