Noodle artists in Zaoqiang County, Hengshui City, Hebei Province, are busy steaming flower cakes, making traditional noodles such as flower buns to welcome the arrival of the Year of the Tiger. Walking into the home of Li Huiqing, a non-hereditary heir of Hengshui Municipal Face Sculpture, she was busy making flower cakes ordered by customers.
