(hereinafter referred to as "Ruilan Automobile").

The announcement shows that Ruilan Automobile will launch a variety of power forms of products in the future. Based on self-developed power exchange technology, Ruilan Automobile is committed to creating an intelligent power exchange ecology and providing competitive power exchange products and services for the market. It is planned to build more than 5,000 ultra-fast power stations by 2025, covering more than 100 core cities, in addition, the two sides will launch a new power exchange brand, and launch the "Wake Up Free Force 2022" tram replacement system global name campaign.

It is understood that the joint venture company established by Geely and Lifan mainly provides a complete set of solutions for B-end and C-end users, including power exchange products and power exchange services. Geely and Lifan joint venture company will adopt the GBRC platform, which is highly compatible and can adapt to a wide wheelbase range of 2700~3100mm, covering many categories such as cars, SUVs, MPVs and even logistics vehicles, light trucks, etc., to meet the needs of different markets such as online car-hailing, private car, taxi, logistics vehicle and so on.

According to the planning of both sides, the future "power exchange" service will not only be "power exchange", but also include the "vehicle power separation" management mode and ecological layout of vehicle battery operation, decommissioned battery energy storage and utilization, and scrap battery regeneration.
