"The Power to Change China" is a chapter in the world: Human beings do the same dream

From the Chinese civilization more than 2,000 years ago, the "Belt and Road" is like the wings of rebirth, with China as the starting point, along the ancient continents and oceans. On this road of peace, prosperity, openness, innovation and civilization, great ideas promote great practice and revitalize the former "place with milk and honey". The ideological forces from the East are literally changing the world.

"Time is money, efficiency is life". This slogan from Shekou, the forerunner of China's reform and opening up, is now also written in the China-Belarus Industrial Park, the first international industrial park in Belarus.

The industrial park is about 25 kilometers east of Minsk, the capital of Belarus, with a total area of 112.5 square kilometers, equivalent to one-third of Minsk. The largest industrial park built by China overseas will become an industrialized, internationalized, digital and ecological high-quality development cooperation zone.

The first settled enterprise in the park, China Merchants Group, completed the construction of the 100,000-square-meter China-Belarus Commercial and Trade Logistics Park in 14 months. Since its official start in March 2016, the China-Belarus Industrial Park has created more than 5,000 jobs and tax revenues of more than $10 million. In addition to China Merchants, domestic enterprises such as Weichai Power and Zoomlion have also settled in.

Today, the Mombasa-Nairobi Railway has been listed by Kenya as a "flagship project" to achieve the National Development Vision 2030.

Spreading out the world map, more "Chinese elements" such as the China-Belarus Industrial Park and the Mombasa-Nairobi Railway are benefiting the world. The "China-Europe Express" full of goods travels from Yiwu, Chongqing, Harbin, Xining and other cities to and from the map of Eurasia; the second phase of the "Karakoram Highway", the "Karakoram Highway", the hinterland of Central Asia and the world's highest international highway, has been fully completed, and the road of China-Pakistan friendship has become wider and wider...

From China's initiative to global resonance, the "Belt and Road" has entered the international discourse system and been written into important resolutions adopted by the United Nations General Assembly, the Security Council and other international bodies. Nearly 172 countries and international organizations have signed 206 belt and road cooperation documents with China; (as of June 23, 2021), the World Bank issued a report stating that the full implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative can lift 32 million people out of moderate poverty with an average daily living cost of less than $3.20, increase global trade by 6.2%, and increase global income by 2.9%.

I mean, the Chinese Dream is not only the dream of China, but also the dream of mankind, and if you look closely at the concept of the Chinese Dream, social prosperity, people's livelihood, sustainable development, these are our common dreams.

In April 2019, the second Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation was held in Beijing, with more than 6,000 foreign guests from 150 countries and 92 international organizations participating, achieving 283 outcomes. The Belt and Road Initiative originated in China, but the opportunities and achievements belong to the world.

General Secretary Xi Jinping once used a passage about "harmony" by Qi Guofu Yanzi in the "Left Biography" to explain the "harmony and difference" of civilizations.

There are more than 200 countries and regions, more than 2,000 ethnic groups and many religions in the world. Human civilization is therefore strange and diverse. There is no distinction between high and low civilizations, each civilization has its own soil for survival and prosperity, and it embodies the wisdom of a family and the spirit of a country. If there were only one way of life in the world, only one language, one music, one costume, it would be unthinkable.
