The reporter learned that Minhang also carries out children's rehabilitation services in Jiangchuan and Hongqiao community health service centers, through the integration of family doctors, child health management centers, and child rehabilitation department resources, to carry out screening and early rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy and early childhood diseases, smooth the referral channel, and provide "homogeneous, continuous" one-stop rehabilitation and diagnosis and treatment services for children.
Up to now, the three community health service centers have carried out a total of 28 children's rehabilitation diagnosis and treatment projects, and received nearly 100,000 children in total. In recent years, the number of community outpatient clinics has increased year by year, from 87,800 in 2014 to 134,500 in 2019, an increase of 53.17%. In 2020 and 2021, due to the impact of the epidemic, children with fever went directly to the pediatric hospital for treatment, and the outpatient volume declined, but as a service at the doorstep, the community pediatric outpatient clinic was recognized by the people of Minhang.

In recent years, Minhang has added four new modules: early screening of children's motor function, screening of children's social and communication skills, children's kidney screening, and children's congenital heart disease screening. According to pediatric hospital statistics, through community screening, the average age of diagnosis is 24 months, while the average age of diagnosis of autism is 40 months, a full 16 months in advance.
