Recently, the new phase of the China Aviation Development Headquarters Youth Learning to Use Marxist Theory to "Pilot" Project Youth Innovation Symposium was held. In 2020, as the first pilot unit of the central enterprise to start the implementation of the "Qingma Project", China Hangfa took the lead in blowing the youth "rallying call" of the young people of the central enterprises who unswervingly follow the party and be young Marxists in the new era. China Aviation Development Corporation adopts the "pilot" model to carry out Marxist theoretical study, and the Youth Innovation Symposium is only one link in the design of many contents of the "Pilot" project.
Liu Linzong, the pilot of the "pilot" project and deputy secretary of the party leading group, has always adhered to the work concept of strengthening the ideological guidance of young people under the pattern of "big party building", fully combined with the study and education of party history to deeply promote the study and application of Marxist theory for young people, and comprehensively deployed and built a work system under the unified leadership of the party group (party committee), the leadership of the Youth League Committee, the coordinated promotion of business departments, and the extensive participation of league members and young people, forming a goose-array work pattern composed of pilots, navigators, and study groups.

The young people in the headquarters who participate in the training are the leaders of their respective positions, and the work tasks are already heavy, and they need to get more harvests in an effective time when they participate in learning and practicing to ensure that daily work and scientific research are not affected. Xie Yongjun, head of the youth working group of the party committee of the headquarters and deputy director of the party and mass work department, actively promoted the implementation of the "pilot" project, and Liu Jie, deputy secretary of the youth league committee, organized the youth of the headquarters to promote formal innovation, and adopted the forms of "light school" listening to books and "reading clubs" to help the trainees open up their knowledge horizons, international horizons, and historical horizons, so as to achieve strong politics, deep feelings, and new thinking.

China Aviation Development Corporation has tried to guide the vast number of young people to write theoretical articles on the fertile soil of work practice.
Based on the curriculum system and training focus of the "Qingma Project", the topic of "Exploration and Reflection on Building a Youth Innovation Practice Platform for State-Owned Enterprises" led by the Youth League Committee of China won the first prize of the Central Enterprise Political Research Committee. Focusing on the group's strategy, China Aviation Development Corporation has done a good job in the integration of theory and practice, carried out the youth innovation competition "Hundred Regiments War", and the three competitions have produced a total of 2329 youth innovation projects, attracting more than 17,000 young people to participate, and nearly 20 outstanding projects have been supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and other special funds.
