Construction Engineering Restoration signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Jiangsu Yellow Sea Wetland Research Institute

China Securities Network News (Wang Luo) Construction Engineering Restoration (300958) recently signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Jiangsu Huanghai Wetland Research Institute Co., Ltd., the two sides will take the Water Quality Improvement Project of Yancheng Wetland Museum as the starting point, give full play to the advantages of combining production and research and sharing resources, and cooperate to build a wetland purification and restoration experimental base. At the same time, the two sides will carry out key technology research and development and scientific research, continuously promote the transformation and application of achievements, and strive to promote cooperation in ecological restoration and governance projects such as soil, water environment, farmland and mines, and take Yancheng as the core area and starting point for cooperation, continuously open up the market, and create demonstration models in the field.

Construction Engineering Restoration has successfully carried out many wetland restoration cases over the years. Li Shupeng, deputy general manager of the company, put forward four views on the protection of coastal ecosystems: first, the protection of mangroves, salt marshes and other ecosystems has become more and more mature over the years, but there is a lack of research on the protection of seagrass bed ecosystems; second, ecological production and living partitions that should strictly abide by the use function of the coastline; third, the restoration of harbor ecosystems from the perspective of hydrodynamics; and fourth, the combination of natural and engineering restoration to accelerate the pollution control of coastal wetlands and achieve effective restoration of ecosystems.

Over the years, under the guidance of the concept of "Landscapes, Forests, Fields, Lakes and Grasses are a Community of Life", Construction Engineering Restoration has carried out wetland restoration practices in depth, undertaken a number of representative wetland restoration cases, and on the basis of rationally distinguishing different types of river and lake wetlands, coastal wetlands, urban wetlands, mangrove wetlands, peat swamp wetlands, etc., deeply analyze the characteristics of each wetland pollution, classify and implement policies, and scientifically promote wetland restoration. The company has successfully implemented the ecological environment governance project of Caohai National Nature Reserve, the property service concession management project of Hechi Longyantan Reservoir, the Yinghe Wetland Project of Yuzhou, Henan, etc., of which the Caohai Project was selected as the fifth batch of environmental service pilot projects of the Ministry of Environmental Protection, and the Yinghe Wetland of Yuzhou, Henan was successfully selected into the pilot list of National Wetland Park.
