The size of the company is not large, but the fake doctor thing is exposed here.
According to Taiwan media sources, this "doctor" has worked in the department for nearly two years, but was found by the company to have insufficient working ability.
To what extent is it insufficient? They suspected that her academic qualifications were fake.
Therefore, the department immediately checked on her own with what she called her graduation institution, Sun Yat-sen University in Taiwan Province.

The diploma is a handwritten number
The company's board of directors was shocked, and Ms. Li of course dismissed the process, but they also took the initiative to inform the research institute where she had worked.
Because they couldn't figure out how a fake PhD could be successfully hired as an associate researcher and work for 11 years.
